place was disgusting!! i went in to use the bathroom and the floor was sticky, the door handles as well. and there was also white stuff all over the wall in the bathroom! there was blood on the soap dispenser and on the door handle. the toilets were not clean. looks like it hasn't been clean in awhile. it's very unsanitary in a place where they make your food.

That lung infection the employee told you about is a thing called covid. @Owner what are you doing allowing your employees to clock into work like this? @Owner how do allow workers to sample bite sandwiches and then send them on their way to customers (see picture posted by reviewer). And at all burger kings, how come burgers are always cold and never hot like wendys or mcdonalds? Oh I know, because you flame broil a bunch of them at once and then store them in plastic bins. 30 min later when a burger is ordered a cold patty is snatched from the plastic bin! Never hot, always cold.

The best burger king in billings! I've been there twice now and they've treated me way better than any other place I've ordered from. Kee was a phenomenal employee and I'd love to give a special shout out to him for his service and interaction with my kids! Hands down I l9ve love love this place!!!!!!

We waited a few mins for someone to answer us in the drive thru, there were no cars in the drive thru nor were there any in the parking lot, not sure what took them so long. We place an order and were told to pull to the 1st window and waited what felt like 10 mins before anyone collected our payment. A gal collected our payment and had us pull forward to the next window, gave us our food and sent us on our way. We snuck a fry in while driving home and it was cold and stale. We live less than a mile away which is also less than a 5 min drive home. All food was cold and terrible. Worst Burger King we have ever been to.

We showed up via the drive through and gave the person on the speaker our order. They then asked us to go to the first window. We drove to the first window and ended up waiting for nearly 20 min for someone to take our card. The person who finally took our card said she had a lung infection and by the sound of her voice I believe her. My family will not be returning.

Poor service. Cook called us a liar when he forgot a sandwich and large fry. Didnt apologize once about his mistake. The cook has dark brown hair bottom to his neck.. Was wearing a red shirt. Mind you we are in the lobby. No manager on duty not even a team leader on duty. One employee constantly on there phone. They acted like they were busy when they weren't. They had us in the lobby and had 3 to 4 cars in drive thru and acted like it was the end of the world. Took more then 10 minutes to even take our order.

No cars in line. No person at 1st window. Went to second window. The person asked me to back up to first! I did. No one there for a full five minutes. Paid for a burger and drink with cheese puffs. Asked to pull ahead because order wasn't ready! In 5 minutes, the person brought my food out. Mind you, there was no one in line. No one inside. No cars in parking lot. Got home 1/2 mile away. Cheese puffs are inedible and burger was cold! Horrible place! All of Billings must know this and only those from out if town get duped into thinking this place is normal.

Props to the workers that sneak in that onion ring with the fries! The workers are always very friendly and even accommodate special requests. "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" Love that dollar menu too. The only spot that still actually has one. Please keep the cheesy jalapeño bites and mozzarella sticks fresh and flowing! ?? Just try to make sure everything's in the bag. To the higher ups...do not fret the drive thru times so much! Half the time there's only 1 or 2 ppl working ?
