If I could give a lower review I would. The food tasted as you would expect from dominos. However, I did not receive my entire delivery order. When I called the store to ask for the money for the missing items to be refunded or for the missing items to be delivered I was told that they "couldn't see that I had ordered anything" at that point I started reading the receipt to the employee on the phone and asked what more she could want. At that point she suddenly somehow found me in the computer and said she would talk to her manager. She then said they could resolve this and would either credit back $10 or deliver the missing item to us. As my kids were already eating I requested the refund. She then tells me that she has processed my "store credit" for the next time I order in person! I explained to her that I do not want a store credit as I will not be purchasing anything from them again as a result of the way she handled this transaction. She said that she had already processed it and could not change it now and could not deliver my missing item. She said I am sorry you feel that way and she promptly hung up. I will never order from Dominos again. They essentially stole from me and then were rude in top of it.

Avoid this Domino's location at all costs. Consistently poor food quality and incorrect order items. As a multi-generational Domino's customer I have been consistently disappointed with this location. It's worth picking up from the Broadwater location if you want food that isn't burnt, missing ingredients, missing entire order items, or cold.

Last 2 times I ordered for delivery, they make my pizza and then let it sit for 20 minutes before they leave to deliver it, then it’ll take another 20-30 minutes to deliver it even tho I’m only 5 minutes away. Never had issues with dominos before ordering from this location. Super annoying, they offer to give a free pizza and for what? To get another pizza that sits for an hour before you get your cold gross pizza? Lol

Last night, my girlfriend and I ordered 3 pizza's, a cheesy bread, 3 drinks, and 3 dipping sauces. One of the pizza's had an additional topping that wasn't requested and the dipping sauces we missing. When we called about the issue, we were told it would take 30 minutes to get a new pizza made. No big deal. My issue is the fact that when I get the pizza, it's once again has an added topping not asked for. How do you mess up a remake for the same issue you had before? This isn't the first time a problem has happened at this location, but we were hoping since it was the new year, the issues would go away. I guess not.

Well it’s domino’s. Cheep pizza, & they always got a good deal. I love the bread twists, or parmesan bites, with cheese marinara dip. The buy 2 for $6.99 mix and match is a good choice if ya wanna save a couple bucks. I go to 2802 grand ave.

I've ordered from domino's for years because they are the only ones who deliver by me and was very curious to when they started charging a delivery fee? I have always tipped my driver very well so I guess that will end now. He also could not explain to me when they started to charge . Hmm!
For a $40.22 order, they couldn’t take a $50 bill as payment. I had to go to a casino to break a fifty while my food sat there and got cold. Ridiculous!!!

I love this location and it is the best Domino's in Billings MT!! The food is always delicious and delivered with care. I did receive the wrong pizza one time, but before I could even call to let them know, they had already apologized for the mistake and quickly remedied it. I'm a customer for life if they continue what they always have!!

My Domino’s order tonight was awful. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza but I got a hand tossed pizza with pepperoni and beef. It didn’t taste good. The cinnamon breadsticks were overcooked. Money wasted. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had issues with this Domino’s and I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered two simple salads online paid online and just pulled up to the dominoes and took forever for them to even come to the window and say they didn’t have any salads. Oh so that was kind of annoying but it’s not really the employees fault that the website didn’t get my order in soon enough so I’d say my visit was medium nothing against the workers I know it’s not their fault but still kind of was irritating
