Awful!! I I ordered pizza at 1:40 am on a Friday night. They close at 2. AIDEN cancelled my order! I reordered, only to have him CANCEL my order again! I called several times, and nobody would answer. AIDEN called me at 2:05 to tell me my order was cancelled because “they closed at 2.” He continues to talk over me, interrupt me, and was EXTREMELY rude and argumentative. Stating that “Domino’s stops accepting delivery orders an hour before they close.” NO. It does not state that anywhere on the app or the site. THIS GUY IS LISTED AS THE STORE MANAGER. You can’t just “add in” policies as you go, AIDEN. Educate yourself. This guy is a joke!

Would give zero stars and take back my tips if I could. Last time it took almost 2 hours to deliver a pizza and sandwich literally across the street and this time the app said the order was ready so I came and checked in and it's not even out of the oven (i was told the app has been messed up for a while?). I'm having fun sitting in the parking lot while my 3yr old screams at me.

I ordered a pizza paid for it never got it. Said 67 min. Wait so I left an the kid was a seed the door. But I never came. I got home way late with a disapointed little guy mad thinking I never ordered it

Ordered pizza, and it took over an hour to get my food delivered after the hour it took to make it..Then when I received the pizza is was cold, so I had to reheat the pizza up...To top if off the delivery guy didn't even realize there was for different buildings here and parked in front on the first building and started walking around to find our building in extreme cold temps..I understand the roads are slick and- neg temps but I like 5 mins away on a good day so I don't think it should take over an hour to deliver the pizza...very upset with the Domino's on Shiloh and King...

Seriously, the worst Domino's I've had to deal with. The last few times, it took over an hour to get my food, and I actually fell asleep waiting for them one time because of how long they took. Then, I got a nasty voice-mail from the only driver they apparently scheduled. I don't know if it would be easier to drive to Grand and pick it up myself or move. I hear the same thing from everyone in the area. It could be management or corporate, but it doesn't matter. Corporate keeps giving "free" pizza that ends up costing me as much as a pizza that I pay for. Food is good though, but if I'm going to get fast food, I expect fast... or at least not slower than it would take me to walk to another Domino's...
We ordered the other weekend and our order was about 70, 60.00 dollars after discount given. However they had taken an hour to deliver then they left it at our garage door, the delivery driver said our door was open, IT WAS OUR GARAGE we live in an apartment complex. Thankfully no one took it! THEY DID GIVE US A 25.00 DOLLAR COMPENSATION ON OUR NEXT ORDER WHICH WORKED OUT PERFECT. TYJ ??PTL?

Came into this location as a walk in order. Only 1 person was working up front while the rest of the workers were in the back talking and playing on their phones. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes just for 1 pizza to be made. None of them wore gloves and kept wiping their hands on their pants.

I called and tried to get pizza delivered to my house and the man that answered the phone was very rude and told me that they don’t deliver to my house which is a lie because they have delivered to my house before and I see their cars in the neighborhood all the time. When I told him that information he got mad and hung up on me. I called back thinking maybe it was a mistake and he hung up on me again. My mother called and got the same response. I think between the two of us we got hung up on 5 times. Very unsatisfied with the service

Service was terrible. I called to have a pizza delivered to my house and they tried to tell me that they don't deliver to my house even though they have before and I see their cars drive by in my neighborhood all the time. Guy that answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on my mother and I at least 5 times. A delivery guy answered the phone and had no idea what was going on and told us to call the dominoes in laurel because we are apparently considered their area then when we called laurel they told us to call the one on Shiloh back. It was very confusing and I do not recommend spending any money here. Extremely disappointed
