We were there once again and had great friendly service and the food was hot and the order was correct. My visit was done through the drive through. This is my favorite fast food restaurant.

Don't even bother trying to get a correctly made order from here. The finger guns from the manager should have told me that a 2nd attempt biscuit remake could not be achieved. I crave Hardee's periodically, but it will be my own fault if I try this location again.

My husband and I order hot ham and cheese sandwiches. My son had a cheese burger with fries. We received two very cold ham and cheese that wasn't even melted sandwiches one with two top buns and one with 2 bottom buns. This was after waiting in the drive through for over 15 minutes. Their lobby was closed off and there was no one in front or behind us the entire time we sat there waiting for our food. It's in the name HOT not cold. Very disappointing. Does no one have pride in the work they do anymore?

Surprised this place is still open, it is only run by a few employees. The food is slapped together and does not look appealing.

Avoid this place. Horrible service. After 11PM the prices for the food almost double. Food quality was poor. Stay away.

What the hell happened to this place?!?! Absolutely disgusting state? Very, very mouthy/rude staff with cold & disgusting prepared food. Maybe fire that worthless manger & get someone in here that cares.⚠️STAY AWAY FOR A WHILE⚠️
Horrible food place. I tried it twice. Same manager. Food tastes old. French fries had an old oil taste to it. I asked for french toast sticks they were out of it i ask for the chicken waffle they were out of it. I ordered something else waited in drive thru for 15 minutes when there was about 3-4 cars in front of me. I got to the window and they said they didn’t have any of the food I had just ordered because they were out of it!! My second experience I got old french fries manager forgot the cinnamon roll when we were the only car in drive thru. We drove back to get it. He gave us our drinks and said you got to guess what it is because I dont know. We didn’t finish our burgers because they just tasted gross! Idk. But when I see the manager now I can only think “our food is going to be gross”. Im just not going to eat at this place anymore!

Burger was tough, tasteless, and I think it was on the holding shelf for some time. Unfortunately, I took it home to eat it otherwise it would have been returned. Fries were not good either. Disappointed with purchase. I seldom eat fast food ?

This is the second time trying this location. The first time I ordered breakfast. They said they were out of the french toast sticks so I ordered the chicken breast waffle sandwich. Then they said they were out of that so i ordered something else. I waited in the drive through line for a good while just for them to tell me that all the food I ordered they didnt have. It was the manager who had the gal to tell me this after letting me wait in line for 15 minutes. There was only four cars. I left to sonic. Today I was the only drive thru car. When the manager gave us our drinks he said I dont know what is what so you will have to guess. He forgot our cinnamon roll so we drove back. Maybe it wouldnt have been so bad if the food didnt suck as well. Fries tasted old! My husbands burger had too much ketchup. It all tasted old! It was the same manger in charge as well.

Not impressed with the store policy of handling food with no gloves .bread with mold . Sticky floor . Employee gave two expired free sandwich coupons only usable at this store probably won't be back
