I was with my family to pick someone up from the hospital. I'm from GF. I was dining in and there was this guy who was intoxicated. He also seemed like he was mentally disabled. I don't know for sure, but he came in and was trying to talk to the workers there. My aunt went up to him and asked if he needed help. My mom was also with me. She works for AWARE (iykyk) so this really made her sad because all the workers were doing was telling him to get out. He was just asking for 10 dollars. He asked my family but we had no cash. He was struggling to communicate, amd the staff were being rude to him. They told him to get out and when he was trying to talk to them. Not sure what he wanted, but he wasn't causing any harm. He actually came up to me and my family to wish us a happy Easter. But anyways the guy didn't leave. He was trying to say something (idk what) but when he didn't leave one of the employees said they were gonna call the cops. And then tried to physically take him outside. When he left the worker said something along the lines of "he's been outside all day talking to himself. He just needs to find somewhere else to go." I just feel like mentally ill people should be treated better. This man wasn't being aggressive or anything. But yea just wanted to share that the employees weren't the nicest. Hopefully they could learn how to handle disabled or homeless people.

Ordered food from them. My food arrived cold. The chicken was too hard to eat. And never got the rest of the order just a note in the bag. Lazy. Poor service.

The staff is friendly and efficient, which is the only reason this location isn’t one star. The dining room is horribly filthy, caked grime between the tiles. It was also freezing. I assume they do this to keep the homeless from hanging around, but it’ll keep away paying customers too. The food wasn’t great, but I blame KFC corporate for that. Having racist and sexist rap music playing while I ate wasn’t the Southern hospitality I expected, either.

Very unprofessional management avoid at all costs. Manager allowed employees to disrespect customers in the drive through and did not even attempt to reprimand.

I am a Uber driver, I came to pick up an order on the night of January 20th. The lobby was closed so I went through the drive through. The gal who was working drive through informed me the order was "canceled on her end" but the order was still showing on Uber on my phone, as I went to contact support to see if it was indeed canceled she said she "didn't feel like making the food" again. As a driver for Uber I feel like I also am included in food service industry, even though I am not their co-worker this felt incredibly disrespectful, and the worker would not even try to work with me to see what the issue was.

Went thru drive thru and lady kept my credit card,before I could even notice 1 of their employees was stealing it out the office where it supposed was and tried using it at the Albertsons next door for $289 to buy themselves 3 cartons of cigarettes and it doesn’t help that the mgr doesn’t care and was once fired from Taco Bell for stealing someone else’s card and or wallet! Nice to know the employees can steal from customers and get away w it! I will take this further!

I made a 2 family meal online order for the families who live in a shelter. But my order is not ready when I arrived at 5 pm and the person ask me to wait. I have to feed people who are in need, they don't prioritize online order and gave the lady who was waiting and said that I cannot get my order as same as I order online. Then when I informed to the person who would accept my donation on phone, they randomly put my order and that was a mess. I won't recommend to this location. I will rather go to the Central Ave. But I am not put my high expectations on the customer service which is a shame as a American citizen.
