This location needs chairs for how long you have to wait. 4 guys in the back laughing around and not getting pizza's out for the customers. They're not friendly or organized at all. Come to think of it, none of the LC places are. Poorly operated.

SO SLOW. Its just like the one downtown now. Still waiting after 45 minutes out here in front of the place. Using the app saves you no time. Now I have to contact my bank to dispute the transaction.

I ordered once over the phone when I got there after the pizza was supposed to be ready they told me it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. I used the app and had my pizza scheduled to be ready by 5:00 p.m. I sat there for half an hour just for them to tell me it was going to be another 20 minutes. That was twice in a row this is the worst run place I've ever seen

Showed up at 9:30 pm. Was told only pizza left was a cheese hot and ready, and an order of breadsticks.Told I could not order anything as they will close at 10. Been there before had no issues getting a cooked pizza in about 10 minutes. Why are they not cooking after 930. I understand why you would not take phone orders or unpaid online orders but when somebody comes walking in I see no reason to take care of them. Also there were several other cars pulling up pretty close to the same time.

Tried ordering multiple times online trash service need to get rid of the people who work here and hire new ones who don't cancel every online
I rarely write negative reviews bc sometimes businesses, like people, have off days. BUT, these last 2 visits have been pretty challenging. Two visits ago my neph walked in, ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza, and a half and half pizza. The pizza crusts on BOTH pizzas were not doughy, but not browned at all. The thin crust was NOT a thin crust. He told them the thin crust wasn't a thin crust. Being cut into 8 slices instead of squares and crust was not thin (or crispy) as we found out at home, he was assured this WAS a thin crust.I figured pizza ovens must have been turned off as it was a late dinner run. We ate it and I let it go.This past visit Thursday night was not good either. I ordered pepperoni thin crust, pepperoni and sticks-bacon, and cheesy bread online, pd, gave me an approx pick up time. It was prime dinner time and football nite.i completely understand the high volume of otders. The place was packed. I am not upset about that.No pizzas in portal, one person packing and placing orders, and trying to get together door dash orders, and 17 of us standing in there waiting. Placing an online order to me means I will get hot(ter) fresh baked pizza and cheesy bread. I waited approx. 20 min past approx pick up time to get my online order, which was pulled from the cash and carry pizza warmers. Who knows how long those had been in there. I found out-too long, witnessed only 2 pizzas being taken from the warmers in the 20 min I waited and then mine were pulled. The cheesy bread was the front box so the fresh was behind those front two. The cashier looked AND verified these pizzas were correct and sent me on my way. I drove less than a mile home, took order in, entire order was completely cold. Not even luke warm. Yes, I could have heated my oven and all, and 30 min later had hotter/warmer pizza. Pepperoni and bacon sticks were missing the bacon. The cashier might want to confirm/show the paying customer the order is correct, not just verify for herself.Also, bc there is no real direction in there, hang a "place order, pick up order" sign above counter so we know who is waiting to/for placed order, or whatever. Maybe adjust the automated pick up time to something more realistic instead of us all standing around wondering. One dad had two young kids with him, and his little 4-5 y.o.-ish daughter kept looking up at him rubbing her belly with both hands.The door dash driver was laid out on the counter before I got there and left shortly before I left. Although opening the door to enter, and 2nd thing to view was her 45° bent over body laying on the counter was a site for sore eyes, she was polite, i know she too has a job to do. She got hot fresh pizzas to deliver. Mine were cold. I am not judging lil' Cesar's for her. Just another observation.In the past, a long while back I had excellent svc and pizza many, many times. I am commenting bc this was bad two times in a row. $45-46 worth of old, cold and undercooked food in 2 visits. I hope this is a temporary situation and can be repaired.The cashier was polite, professional and of course frazzled. She thanked each one of us and apologized for the wait, with a smile.I know that employees are hard find and keep. I am not trying to bash the place. I am feeling frustrated.
