Picked up order to go, got home and food was again cold. We live 10 minutes from this location. This has become a reoccurring issue and has become a constant trend.

Very affordable these days! It’s a longtime family fave for interesting comfort food & accommodating the picky eaters, but honestly, I was pleasantly surprised that prices haven’t increased much lately. I got a small Cobb salad, absolutely loaded with premium toppings, for under $12, and a fast food salad with chicken is $9-10 at some places, with a lot more lettuce and cheaper toppings. I won’t be shocked if a new menu and new prices come out this summer, but til things change, I’ll be ordering more frequently. I am a light eater, I got a salad & flatbread, enough for 3 meals (2 for the average person I’d think) for around $24 and got plenty of protein and fresh produce. Also that chicken bbq Apple Gouda flatbread is delicious! I usually get the pear but didn’t want 2 things w blue cheese, the apple one is just as good. Great takeout service, short wait time, very pleasant staff.

Disappointed. We had quite a wait, 40 minutes, to be seated and finally asked to be separated...table of 7. Finally, another 10 minutes we are seated. 10 more minutes before we see a server. Placed order first as now we have been there an hour. Appetizer came out quickly but luke warm. Waitress did not come back to check on us to order more drinks. When food arrived, 45 minutes later, 2 pizzas, both were cold. Cheese was congealed. Had to go to kitchen to get plates. Waitress never came back to check on us till she brought the bill. BUT she was back in five minutes asking for the payment. All young kids working except the host. Train your servers!

Ordered a large pizza thin crust pepperoni and sausage for pickup. Their idea of thin crust is over cooked cracker. Not a lot of topping for a $20+ take out.

First and foremost our server was working very hard. And this should not reflect on her at all. We were sat and no one told our server that we were there. 30 minutes after we were seated we saw our server and placed our drink, appetizer, and meal order. Another 30 minutes went by and our drinks were empty. I went to the hostess and asked to put in a refill order and bring the drinks to our table myself. She said she'd check with our waitress and offer to help her. We still never got our refills and were still waiting for any food. By this time, four other tables were sat. Another 30 minutes passed and all other tables had received drinks, refills, and their food. After an hour and a half we had to leave, the kids were starving. We asked to settle our drink bill and leave. The waitress stated the food hadn't been cooked yet and she would not charge us for the drinks.

My family went to this restaurant at exactly 5:18 tonight. It was not busy and it took a little long for any waitress to come and talk to us. We eventually ordered our food, which was 2 small pizzas and a kids pasta. We waited for an extremely long time until eventually our waitress came up to us and told us our order was behind several others and it was going to take a while. At this point, every person that had entered the restaurant around the same time as us were already eating. After waiting until 6:50 (over 90 minutes) we decided to leave. When we talked to the manager he was not in any way apologetic and was a little rude to my wife. He told us "we aren't giving anyone free pizza". We were not looking for a free meal in any way. We just wanted a nice dining experience with our two kids. We were very disappointed with this restaurant and their manager and will never go back. It was unbelievable how disorganized and unprofessional the staff were. We were just one of several groups frustrated with the staff tonight. Never go there if you want to go to a place that carries themselves as professionals.

I ordered online and had a bit of an issue with my order when I arrived, but the manager, Eric, was very apologetic, clear in communication, and so nice! I appreciate his work to correct my order.. west end Mackenzie River just hits different! Pizza was amazing, as always?

Got a pizza, asked for extra cheese. They put only 10 flakes of cheese on my pie. And under baked the dough. Tony's frozen pizza would have been better.

Service was top notch and the food did not disappoint. My wife and I both had amazing salads. The lodge poles and pizza were quite tasty.

This place has gone so far downhill. Used to be our go to neighborhood joint. Used to have great servers especially on the pub side, and good food. Now we go in and the pub is deserted. Wait for 20 min for anyone to speak to or acknowledge us. I get it that help is hard to find, but even when we went in for a couple of beers - takes 20 min to get those. Seems like a lot of people at the computers, but not many checking in on customers. Just weird. And sad. Can't recommend.
