Hit or miss. Have a talk to your casino staff to make more frequent rounds to serve customers. I have waited multiple times for a beverage for over 10-15 minutes. This has made me and my friends not want to come back here. we should not have to go back to the bar to ask for a refill while I am gambling!!!!!

Magic City Casino is a great community casino. It's a gem. People are always happy and dancing. The staff is friendly and treat you really well. Most importantly the bathrooms are clean! Jai Alai is so much fun to watch there too!

Worst customer service ever! If I hadn't already payed $4 for a beer while gambling (my first beer mind you) I would have walked out...but the two girls that were working the 21st were just snotty. Hell one stopped right in the middle of serving me to start making drinks for another person. Plus the policy is your first drink is free have had many there..I bet she put the money in her pocket....edit because I posted this before cashing out when the horse faced blond gave me my money she was horrible and just tossed my money on the table and walked away....I suggest the lounge casino right down the road WAAAYYY friendlier environment. To the owner, keep your gofundme at $22 an hour ill just eat the $4 and just never come back or recommend this establishment.
