I ordered my food for pickup and it was warm and fresh! Unfortunately, trying to walk in to pick up the order was a bit rough as it was very slick and it didn't look like anyone had tried to remove the snow or ice there.

Worst Miccy D's in town. Management should be forced to go work at Grand and Rehberg location to see how a tight ship is run! In short- your drive-thru is insanely slow, your fries are old, cold & stale, the burgers are a sloppy mess that can't be unwrapped without spilling everywhere, and that is assuming you get my order correct, which you often do not. How is that even possible when I have ordered ahead on the app? There is just no quality control whatsoever at this place. Even the staff is subpar here- unfriendly, with blasé attitudes! It is worth driving to the other westend location.

Trying to order and the kid taking the order was busy playing with someone . I can hear him telling them to stop and goofing off in the drive thru. Very unprofessional, and is taking a very long time . This is ridiculous . He even left the window when we came to pay and sent someone else to take our money.
