Worst experience ever. They had a kid who is a great kid working counter but he has no idea how to do his job the food took too long and was cold. It was an ok burger but way too greasy and no ketchup . Not a winner

Food is overly priced staff is slow and expect a salary of a 6 figure worker. Drive up takes a half hour of sitting there. Shall we say slow food instead of fast food?

Food was nice and hot, the cashier seemed bothered by my request of only bacon strips because my 4 year old would eat nothing else. None the less the wait time in the drive through wasn't long and we got our food quickly.
Got our order wrong after telling the drive thru girl 5 times. Ending up trying to charge us for 2 dbl qtr lb cb & then ended up forgetting the mc nuggets all

My boyfriend went through this drive through just tonight, and ordered a simple Mcchicken with just simple things added on to it, which he kindly asked, but when he got his meal, he went to park and eat, but nothing he told them to add onto it was on there. He went through the drive through again to ask to have them put the condiments on there, but the lady just gave him the condiments to put it on himself, instead of them doing their job and simple customer service. People shouldn’t have to do the employees work when the employees are being paid to do their job!

Ignored by staff and finally had to vocalize a request for service. Order was eventually taken but the food failed to meet expectations - chicken sandwich was just a patty on a dry bun, quarter pounder was cold. Complained of the employees using profanity in the presence of my grandchildren, but was barely acknowledged. Miserable. ZERO starsKid-friendliness: Employees spouting profanity in the presence of my grandchildren. FAIL
