The service at Mia’s is fantastic, Jude I believe, she is genuinely kind and hustled her butt off by herself for the lunch crowd. What to expect: Mia’s Wok is casual dinging with possible wait times and is definitely not fast food… in a good way. Being Mia’s Wok is Down Town Billings, it does fit that hustle and bustle feeling of a down town location. It is close to several museums and historic sites and hikes of Billings, my favorite being Zimmerman Park for a scenic walk/hike.About the food: The food was delicious, it took about as long as I’d expect for fresh food. I waited about 13 minutes. The Beef with beef meat ball Pho was something I am already planning on going back for. It was hot with fresh sprouts and their noodles are delicious and well made. I also asked for Pot Stickers which were delightfully crispy on the outside and extremely flavorful. I love Pho! This is now my Pho spot in Billings.Edit: back again. 3-8-24. This place is consistently delicious! The service is consistently excellent. My initial impression of Mia’s walk was “great energy”! I was also surprised and drawn in when Jude remembered me from my initial visit nearly 3 weeks prior.Great location, amazing service and Mia’s Wok is deserving of anyone hearty appetite.

I have been there twice…still wasn’t impressed. Service was fairly good but both times, seafood was not quite worth the price or particularly appetizing.(Shrimp unpeeled last time and Whitefish was rubbery/some mussels had black string-like membrane still attached most recent visit.) Also $3 for a mini pot of tea is slightly pricey. Probably won’t be returning in the near future.Edit In Response to Owner’s Reply: FYI I have, in fact, been to various considerably more reasonable restaurants within Billings/elsewhere which serve better quality food(including seafood) and are considerate enough to not reply in such an ugly and unprofessional way to my honest review of their restaurant as a paying customer. True, I may not know what authentic Filipino cuisine is like but I have been to restaurants that have considerably better quality seafood. It may potentially benefit the owners of Mia’s Wok to, instead of responding nastily to my review, consider components within it to potentially improve upon so they can stay open and attract more business to their restaurant. Also, people who know me well can confirm that I am generally a happy person and don’t complain very much especially about food. But since you insist upon being so petty and rude I have reduced it to one star. Good luck in the future! I hope you are able to change yourself and your restaurant in a positive direction!

Meh. Only one server for restaurant. She was working hard but couldn’t keep up with lunch rush. Food was mediocre. Have had much better for the price paid. Would not recommend for or against based off one experience.

Tastes like you just got it from a street vendor in Vietnam, easily the best most authentic PHO in Billings, probably the state.Staff is always friendly and welcoming, restaurant is clean and atmosphere is authentic, I order from here at least once a

I had never been here before and went with a friend who is a regular. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Have been wanting to go back ever since eating there. There was one waitress who was answering phones, waiting on tables, and cashing people out. I don't know how she does it all, but she is amazing. She probably sleeps well at night after working so hard.

Service was prompt and professional. Pho, both chicken and beef was phenomenal. If you're in town, go to the delicious pho.

We had a disappointing experience at Mia's Wok. We tried this place based upon the high rating but were let down. The beef pho was flavorless, the Thai tea was watery, and there was very little protein in the pancit noodle dish. The menu seemed unfocused and the food quality was poor. The cashier however was very friendly. Will not return.

The pancit is amazing. Especially when paired with a cold Sapporo. I'll definitely be back.
