Coffee is good but attitude and service can ruin anything. Friday, mid-day, Rimrock mall. Approached all happy and cheery and instantly was greeted with a depressing, annoyed, straight to business tone from the girl. Barely spoke to me, but more than willing to accept the tip. Lame experience. If ya don't wanna be in customer service, go get another job.

The place does not close at 9:00pm.Google maps and their own website is showing 9:00pm, but they close at 8:00.I got there and I was denied an açaí bowl because it was already almost closing time.

Sadly a very terrible experience, I had such high hopes for a good coffee early in the morning and the girl was extremely rude got very nasty with me and kept asking me to repeat my order and still gave me the worst tasting drink I have ever had, I threw it away before we even left the building.

Açaí did not taste like açaí. They can’t pronounce it or spell it either. Almost all toppings missing. Can’t believe they charge $12 for fake açaí. Customer service is terrible too.

Didn't do our order for 2 drinks. Also added .25 on to the tip when the total should have been 15.00 and they put 15.25 I wrote 15.00 for the total. I know it's just a quarter but if I put only that much down that's how much it should have been! I wonder who else they did that too. I really liked it last time I went and this was not how I expected to be treated while here. my mom waited patiently I went to the restroom with my 2 sons and came back, still no drinks, they did do the order for person after us and then asked us if we needed to order... they can sure take the payment and add to the tip but not do our order. Immediately got a refund. If I didn't get the refund tho I wouldn't have found out they added that .25 to the tip.

Went in and got a aciai bowl from the mountain mud in the mall. I have to say they need to change the price of their bowls if they are going to severe old food and only make the bowls half way full. Definitely not worth 12$. To me this is a rip off and gross food.
