Exact same experience as susie. Waited 30 mins, people who ordered after me got their food, I asked for a refund and was explicitly told "we cannot do refunds." Ridiculous, save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Girls working were nice but completely in over their heads. Waited almost an hour for 2 acai bowls. Multiple people that ordered after us received their orders first. After 45 minutes when we asked (and were never addressed) one of the gals stated they had a new worker that mixed up all the tickets. We understand things happen but nothing was done to make it right or even acknowledged even after what appeared to be the owner showed up. Won't be returning

Megan and her staff go above and beyond the expectations! Let alone the fact that it’s 2024 and customer service in 90% of Billings is gone. I couldn’t be more appreciative for them and their approach, this is what a business should be. Thank you isn’t even good enough to describe how you guys do!

So glad that Billings is getting healthier choices! Once you walk in it has a fresh looking atmosphere (natural lighting, medium sized area next to Orange Theory). I used the app to order my smoothie and bowl. I ordered the Pink Flamingo (Delicious, nutrient dense, and refreshing) , and the Dragonfruit Bowl ( large serving size, perfect add-ons and flavorful). I look forward to going to Nektar more often to get my healthy fix!

I haven't made up my mind about Nekter, yet.I like the options, the fruit juice drinks, the options to add other things, but I can't quite put this over the top.It's changed some since it first opened, with more easily modified choices, at least from how the menu reads. With that said, during busy times this place is a step away from hectic and not worth the wait if you're pressed for time.The drinks are very good, and with no extras making it impossible to distinguish tastes. It's a pricey alternative to at home smoothies, but far healthier than the sugar-laden options available elsewhere. If a pre-selected flavor variety isn't quite what you want, you can add or substitute choices, but know that's where the price adders will come. Still, if healthier choices is one of your goals, Nekter has you covered.

I almost didn't stop in because of the bad reviews, but after reading them, I realized it seemed to be related to prior issues with not being open during posted business hours. So I stopped in (they were open) and got a green apple detox juice. It was delicious and the service was super friendly! Would definitely come back.
