Not sure how to rate this but service and food was fine but for some reason the Bartender thought it was a good idea to stand on tables to clean lights in the bar area then next we realized she was standing on portable steps placed atop the actual bar top next to us doing something with the decorations. Definitely didn't look safe for her or us if she fell as she was within 5 feet of where we were sitting. Can't think Old Chicago allows that to occur especially when customers are seated in the area, not to mention contamination due to standing on tabletops.

Asked for a salad without bread due to an allergy. It came out with bread. I told them I had an allergy and they "remade" it less than a minute... The food runner even assured me it was remade after explaining I had an allergy. Also took 10 minutes to get a soda.Dietary restrictions: NOT gluten free friendly

I ordered Naked wings - bone in. The wings looked good... I bit into one and thought hot grease squirted down my chin, until I realized it felt cold. When I looked down there was blood on my plate and the table. I wiped my chin and it was definitely blood. The waitress came by. She offered to get the manager. When he came by, he told me the wings were cooked twice... Cooked once, then cooled and stored until an order is placed, then fried. I told him, "This is raw blood... It hasn't been cooked once." He said he could see that, but didn't understand why. He offered to cook my wings again, extra long. I said no at first, but we had a 4 hour drive and I didn't want to have to go somewhere else, so I gave in... Against my better judgement... 10 minutes later, new wings!! I tore these open first... The waitress came along to check on me just as a pool of blood started to form on my plate. She said, "Let me get the manager again." I said, "I don't need him this time. I'm done. We'll take the check." They took the wings off the ticket. I've never had this problem at any other OC, so I don't know what the problem is at the Billings OC. People who order wings with sauce at that location should beware... I could see the blood since they were naked. The blood would have been invisible with sauce. Maybe order naked with sauce on the side, just to check the wings. Our waitress was amazing! She was so nice throughout the whole ordeal. We made sure to tip her accordingly.

Great food and fun atmosphere! They brought the wrong pizza, but made it right immediately and gave us the extra for free. The beer selection was impressive!

Don’t get pizza here unless you wanna pay 30$ for added toppings when the menu says 11$… apparently you only get it for 11 with the crust. I don’t want to order something that I have to study the menu to figure out I’m paying more than the price listed. Waitress hardly came to check on us and should make customers aware of the more difficult priced items.

i liked the food but it took an hour for the servers to come ask for drinks and they didn't bring them till 30 mins after and they forgot to bring my daughters food an hour after ordering and they messed up my order TWICE BAD SERVICE FOR ME

The food is always great and the restaurant servers have been wonderful every time. Almost everything about this establishment makes any person eager to return.. but of course, there's always that one bad seed that ruins it for everyone. Page from the casino is that seed. She has been unpleasant af every single time I've encountered her. Just not welcoming at all. I was told by one of the servers that she's been employed with OC for quite sometime.. so maybe she's just over it. Well, it shows!Best it's time to move on. Replace her with a smiling face to match the rest and I bet the atmosphere in that casino becomes that of a pleasant one.
Excellent place. Great pizza, as well as a friendly staff. I will definitely return, any time I'm back in

I feel like every time I come here I always leave disappointed. They were short staffed tonight because one of their servers came in late. So one server lady with blonde hair was busting her butt off to take care of the whole bar area. She did her best but we weren’t getting the best service. It took wayyyy too long for everything. We got our appetizer before our drinks. Had to grab another server to get our drinks. We got there at 5 o’clock didn’t leave till 7 o’clock. This is ridiculous. Where is the teamwork, where is the manager checking up on the tables that are literally looking around to get service!! Get it together old Chicago!!

Today , February 12, 2024, I ordered a cheeseburger with Cheddar cheese and onions. I thought I would at least get an onion slice on top of burger. Instead, I got a "tablespoon " of red onions. Wish the cooks would be more aware of how their comes to customers. It's awful!!!
