Absolutely horrible.. said it would be an hour once you check on your pizza you can’t get ahold of anyone. Call and try to order new order and talk to someone any they transfer you and your on hold so you can’t talk to anyone to see what is going on. Do not try to order papa johns… waste of your time!!!!

It is truly impressive how unintelligent and useless the staff is at this establishment. I have had more orders made incorrectly than were made correctly. And we’re not talking about special orders, here. Just standard, run of the mill menu items.When you see the staff, you understand a bit more - they all shuffle around with their mouths agape and a blank look in their eyes, either from lack of brain cells or the effects of weed (or, most likely, both).Tonight I tried to order a pizza to be delivered to me at work. They made it incorrectly, and so I had it refunded and placed the order a second time. This time they made it incorrectly in a DIFFERENT way. I believe I have at last learned my lesson - this will be the last time I give this establishment my business.

I was over charged for my order then spoke with Team Leader who canceled & placed my order again. Upon receipt I did not get the extra toppings and sauces I paid for. When I called back no one who answer the phone after being on hold over 15 minutes. DO NOT ODER FROM THIS LOCATION. POOR SERVICES.

NEVER make the mistake of ordering pizza from Papa John’s on 24th st in BillingsPlaced order using app at 4:45pmAt 5:45pm the tracking showed the driver, Brian, about 2 blocks from the store (10+ blocks from us) turning around and suddenly the app announced “your order has been delivered. Rate your driver”Called at 5:49pm. Still on hold - no one is picking up.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Called to place an order. They use a India call center now because apparently it to difficult for people these days to answer a phone and simply take an order. Could barely understand the guy on the phone. After placing the order for my gf to grab on her way home, I looked at the reviews and was shocked to see 1 star after another. Been along time since I ordered anything from Papa John's. I called her to warn her if the service was anything like the reviews to just leave. I hoped for the best being that many of the 1 stars were from a couple months ago and a lot can change in that time. One solid employee/manager can do wonders for a company. She called me back after 15 minutes and said she left without the pizza. I asked what happened. She said she walked in and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, there were 6 employees. One guy was folding boxes, just starred at her and continued folding. The others all looked at her and continued just standing there talking doing nothing. Not a single person acknowledged her, no "Welcome to Papa Johns" or "Be right with you" nothing. Chairs were up, menus were off as if they were about to close but they don't close until 11pm and it was just after 6pm. She finally just gave up and walked out. And I didn't blame her one bit.

Walked in, they had the music so loud. You couldn't even hear what the guy was asking me. I handed him cash, and he didn't even know how to ring up a cash order. And on top of that, the pizza was so nasty. I will never eat there again¡!!!!!!

Classic papa John's. Our only issue was whoever answered the phone could put Twista to shame. We didn't know what was being said, and so when we came to pick up our order, we tried 4 different names on the order before just using the cell phone number.

Order took a long time, which isn’t a big deal. That I got raw pizza dough after the long weight is a bit of a problem. Literally inedible. If I wanted to bake my pizza myself I would’ve gotten papa Murphy’s.
