I went to get pizza and monkey bread found out they where all out.ask for my 7 dollars back they can't give it to me so manager is the only one can do so. Gave them my number no call back it's been almost 2weeks nothing from them . As far as I'm aware of take your money and keep it. Wow I call that a rip off. I will never go there again. Do what you want but if you like papa Murphy pizza to rip you off. Keep your money. Good luck.

Good pizza, but has gotten to be pricier than most already baked pizza places.
Ordered Gluten free pizza. I should have rejected the pizza's. Place was in much need of cleaning!! Counter was full of vegetables, who knows how old.I had to throw 2nd pizza away. Bad stomach after eating the 1st one.No more papa Murphys for me.Dietary restrictions: No knowledge of cleanliness

Had to knock on take out window to get help. Received pizza with saran wrap falling off and all ingredients piled in the middle. Would it be that hard to spread the ingredients so I don't have to remake it when I get it home?
The heights Papa Murphey's has really gone down hill in the last year. Seems as if all the employees are young teens that don't care one ounce about customer service or appearance of themselves or the shop. One girl was wearing sweatpants with her hair hanging all over her face. We've also had our order messed up EVERY time we have come. From using the wrong crust to adding ingredients that don't belong. Our family loves Papa Murphey's but it's getting hard to continue to give our business.

Unfortunately i have never received a correct pizza from this place. It always seems closed and there’s food all over the place doesn’t seem very clean. When i walk in people come out of the back after i stand a wait a while. I only ever get the same pizza (thin crust chicken thai) and i ask for no onions and i have yet to receive that. Nobody seems to know what they are doing and they are always in just normal clothes no apron or gloves. I’m very very disappointed and hope they get people in their trained properly for the future.

It's worse than not getting an order right, they just ignore them. Drive 30 min into town to have some garbage can stoner tell you they don't have any record of your order. "You didn't call the right store" show them the number. "Uhhh like whoa man. Uhh."
