Staff was nice. No employee wore a hair net, apron, or Papa Murpby's shirt. Noone changed gloves until I requested. Store was surprisingly quite dirty. Got 2 pizzas, cinnamon bread, and meatballs ($61.00). ? Food was good.

It's take and bake...atmosphere isn't relevant. The smell is divine, and I've never had bad service here. The pizzas are delicious!

Went in with my guard up, food wasn't ready on time. What's the purpose of ordering online pick up if you don't meet the quota? Get it home follow the instructions and I must say it was a tasty pie, I'm grading on taste and quality. Customer service could have been better but the food was awesome.
My husband and I used to come to this location quite often. However, recently every time we go in, the restaurant is filthy, all the workers have a disheveled appearance, the customer service is terrible, and they’re ALWAYS out of ingredients!!! It’s unfortunate that one of our “go-to” places in town is going to be taken off our list.

Went to buy some of their herb parmesan cheese and the doors were locked and the people ran in the back even though it was 7:45 PM and they don't close until 8.

After a long day on the road we just wanted pizza. We had a coupon for $7, large, 1 topping, limit 3. There was a teen boy taking orders. He argued saying it was $7 off of 1 pizza. He said limit 3 didn't mean anything. We finally just said, fine 1 pizza instead of the 3 we need to feed our family. He stopped the person making the pizza, said it was good enough (hardly any pepperoni). Then I went to pay and the teen said he couldn't break a $20 bill. WORST SERVICE EVER! I have pics of the pizza, but can't figure out how to attach them.

I just had the best pizza I've ever had from Papa Murphy's! I ordered online the stuffed meat pizza and it was outstanding! Full of ingredients and the guy that handed my pizza to meet was very nice as well. Keep up the good work!
