Had to wait over an hour for our food. When I asked the waitress her excuse was that they only had one cook. But 5 other tables who were there after us got their food first. Then I talked to the manager and she said the waitress was too afraid to talk to the cook....the excuses are sad and the service is extremely poor.

Wait was relatively short… we were sat at our table for about 20 mins without being greeted by anyone. My friend and I finally got up and asked the hostess if she could get us some water (she was the sweetest, shoutout to you boo!)… 5 mins later our waiter came up to us and sheepishly apologized for the wait saying he didn’t know we were sat in his section. We ordered our food… wait was probably about 40 minutes for simple breakfast items. I ordered pigs in a blanket and sunny side up eggs. When my eggs arrived I almost threw up. My egg “whites” weren’t white at all… they were actually still clear like they had just been cracked. My other friend ordered pancakes and never got them till we reminded the waiter when he brought us our checks. The service was so poor that tables around us were getting up and leaving after being told their tickets were “lost???”….. tried to warn customers on the way out 0/10
