Last night ordered a couple melts, they were way over cooked and broke my husband's tooth trying to eat it. I called and the manager on duty refunded which was great. Well today I tried them again and this time our supreme pizza was still raw! I was pulling chunks of dough off the pizza. Definitely not coming back here.

Placed an order at 8:22 said it would be delivered by 9:06. Showed up at 9:46 calling it room temperature would be generous. So waited 1.5 hrs for cold pizza when I live literally 1.4 miles away. If they were that busy they should have called and told me I would have gone and picked it up. Definitely not ordering from them again.

Just ordered from here got cheesesticks and "pepperoni lovers" pizza where's all the pepperoni for this supposed "pepperoni lovers" and there's not really any cheese on the cheesesticks anymore apparently guess my favorite pizza to get I'll have to no longer get since they don't want to put the toppings on to make it a "pepperoni lovers" pizza nor enough cheese to actually call their cheesesticks cheesesticks utter disappointment pizza hut all this and had to fight with your app to even get it delivered guess I should've just not ordered when the app kept not working right

I ordered delivery for my family and I. The pizza arrived and let me open the boxes. They looked amazing and the ingredients tastes amazing. It wasn't over saucy and it wasn't under cheesy and it wasn't burnt or dried out. The possible was yummy and also not dried out or overcooked The delivery was quick and the driver was super

I'm glad I haven't looked at the reviews prior to ordering from this location several times; (Belknap Blvd, Billings MT)-- the reviews are all horrible... But my experience has been nothing but great here!

Usually fast service at the pick-up window and hot, amazing, loaded pizzas. Tonight we waited in line for 30 minutes with no apology or explanation. To make it worse, everything was overcooked and dry, had minimal toppings, and I had to cut all 3 pizzas at home because i guess it was too much work to cut all the way through! This location used to be so good ?

I just want to SEND OUT A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT THIS PARTICULAR PIZZA HUT !!!! I GREATLY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THAT YOU DID FOR ME THAT DAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL !!!! The Staff ARE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME !!! NOT JUST FRIENDLY SERVICE, HELPFUL, VERY KIND & COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL, NONE JUDGEMENTAL, THE STORE AS WELL AS THE PARKING LOT WHERE ALL VERY CLEAN AS WERE ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES VERY PROMPT ON TAKING MY ORDER,AS WELL AS FAST.. THE STAFF WENT WAY ABOVE & BEYOND WHAT WAS EVEN NECESSARY in August 2023 I left home without realizing that I forgot my Wallet..I only had $7.00 & some change in my pocket when I realized that I had forgotten everything else at home in Lockwood NONE THE LESS !! I asked the MNGER who was a Young Lady how much a Medium 1 topping hand tossed pizza would be, she politely told me that it would cost $7.99 to which I asked her okay so what else do you got ?? LOL She said actually I think that I have a Medium 1 topping pizza in the back & I also have some Bread sticks..I am thinking there's NO WAY I CAN AFFORD THAT IF I CAN'T EVEN PAY FOR A 7.99 PIZZA..I ASKED HER HOW MUCH & when SHE TOLD ME THAT I OWED NOTHING I HAD TO ASK HER AGAIN HOW MUCH SHE SAID !!!! & again she said that I owed nothing I almost started to cry..She RENEWED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY THAT DAY & I AM SO VERY VERY GRATEFUL !!!!!
