I love seafood, and i’m genuinely sad hearing that red lobster might be closing, this restaurant was like my entire childhood besides maybe cracker barrel and one other. It hurts seeing what might be to come. I hope you can stay, cause if not you’ll be missed.

Food took over an hour, it was NOT busy, everything came out cold and tasted like rubber, they forgot my side and sons water. Very disappointed considering how excited my 14yr old was to come here. The Clam beer I mixed myself was the best part of the whole meal. Horrible service and still charged me for stuff I never got!! I'll NEVER BE BACK

Getting seated was quick. Drinks were slow, service was slow, food was slow, getting the check was slow. I think the waitress was overwhelmed. She was busting her own tables. I understand restaurants were short staffed, but where is the manager?

The building is cold and usually really noisy. The food is normally pretty good. A couple of times it's been served and it's cold and the pasta wasn't drained well so my Alfredo was watery. Our waitress was great though. She was attentive and observant without being bothersome.
My family and I went to eat dinner here and our food was cold...my crab tasted over cooked and flagging the waitress down to fix the issue was not easy..everytime we come here it seems to get more expensive and the quality of the food gets worse. Paying almost 40 bucks for crab legs and for them to be overcooked and cold is unexceptable.

Worst food and even worse service! Idk what happened to this Red Lobster but it was awful. Restaurant was dirty. Ordered fish and chips and you get 1 tiny piece with a plate overloaded with fries for $17, wife got Crab legs, thin and cold. We were ignored for 10 min before we were even greeted. Server was slow and unattentive . We will never ever ever return.
Was a good meal. We both had shrimp. Nice and hot when it came out. Server was really nice. Margarita flite was really good!
