Let me add this to a list of my regular stops. Although I've only been here a couple of times, I've had some of the better sushi than I've had in quite a while. And not just the sushi, either. There hasn't been a miss, yet, on anything. It's never been too busy and the nicest people work here. It all comes together as a worthwhile place to stop. With that said, though, this is sushi for those not familiar with sushi. There's nothing on the menu, or making up the sushi that is unrecognizable. If you know someone who's hesitant to try because there might be some fish they've not heard of before or are looking for a place to ease into sushi, try this place.

Looks like a hole in the wall in an older shopping center, but what I found was a clean, quiet, and intimate sushi joint with great service and food. The presentation looked great and the flavor did not disappoint. I could see my rolls being prepared at the bar and the chef looked like a surgeon making cuts to create the rolls. Good sushi is hard to find in Billings, Montana. This is the best sushi I have found here and some of, if not the best service in town thus far. They told me the shop just opened a couple months ago and it is apparent they are working hard to provide a great product. I hate going to busy chains where you cannot speak to or hear anyone at your table or its so busy in the place you cannot relax. Chen's is a great place to sit down, relax, and have a conversation with good food.

I’ve been there about five times and I just must say it’s consistently amazing I can’t get enough of it the drunken noodles the sushi the potstickers the pork fried rice. Are all amazing. I am to get so fat LOL

My older son has developed a taste for sushi. He often asks to go to Sushi place when we eat out. So, we tried out Chen's place. We ordered a volcano, a Vegas, and a chef's choice. We enjoyed the food very much, especially my son. Will definitely come here more.

The Employees were super nice and kept checking up with us to make sure everything was ok! The place itself was clean and the vibe is really nice! The presentation was spot on and everything that my fiancé and I bought was delicious, especially the sushi!

Very tasty sushi and dim sum! We didn't know that they also served dim sum so it was a nice surprise! The owner and the server were super nice. Customer service was excellent. Will definitely visit again when we come back to Billings. We also loved their iced green tea! :)

Chen's sushi did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was delicious! I have tried all the sushi places in town and haven't liked any of them until now! Super affordable prices on rolls in a cute small setting! Perfect for couples on a date night! Highly recommend it!
It's my first time trying it since they re-opened. I ordered Shanghai Rice Noodles. It was not remotely spicy as it was before the change over and the meat seemed to be cut in half. I received 2 and a half shrimp in my dish. I do love the food but will wait a awhile before I order again. I'll give them time to work the kinks out.

Do not, I repeat don’t ever get that 3 Andre 1 side. That’s The size of the entrée, and all you get of everything you asked for is a taste, when I mean by your text I’m talking about like four or five pieces of chicken or whatever it is. Food was not filling.BUT overall the food was good the price was really good I have to give them credit where is due, but the quantity fro what I expecting not so much. .
