No STARS FOR SERVICE! Not only did we come in super excited to try out a new restaurant, but the new exciting sandwiches and how they are prepared looked and tasted AMAZING! I am NOT one to leave a bad or negative review unless I absolutely feel it necessary. Kelly was working who also claims to be the owner. I was super excited and asking about menu items, she lacked interest, seemed completely annoyed and never really offered anything “extra” as far as why I was asked for a 20% tip when I ended up ordering myself after having to ask a customer for guidance on the menu, since Kelly was “so busy” with us 2 new customers and the last two leaving. The place was empty.After enjoying our lunch, I tried asking more about the menu. Kelly, with little to no enthusiasm and more annoyance declined to give much information.I decided Kelly just must be having a day.After finishing up lunch, I mentioned what I did for work and noticed a piece of equipment mentioned she mentioned she was very unhappy with.I decided to proceed to leave my business card and told her I understood she was busy and I would just leave my info for future reference.Kelly then proceeded to raise her voice and then asked us to leave as we were on our way out, after paying over $30 for our lunch, and then asked to not come back.Rest assured after your terrible attitude through MY entire Lunch experience I WILL not be back.I hope you have a better day and maybe you can find someone else that comes along your way just trying to help a BAD ATTITUDE, and a BAD SITUATION. The sandwiches were really great do atmosphere was clean and friendly. We read positive reviews on the French Onion soup and went (1/20/24) just for that. They've apparently changed the recipe.... it's now steamed onion water, unseasoned, with a half inch of cheese and mushy bread on top. While the sandwiches were good, DO NOT ORDER THE FRENCH ONION SOUP. The new recipe is inedible.

Food good. Way to expensive for no sides. Sides at extra. $30 bucks for to sandwich and 2 drinks. Everything else is a up charge. Tried it won't be going back.Save your money . Way better places in Billings.

It's different but good. I googled healthy restaurants, and this place popped up. I guess we can argue all day about what is healthy. This place has a lot of grains in its dishes, which i dont eat, but it had a potato base option that was decent.

Salads, sandwiches and hot Sammies were good tasting. We had two different salads, French dip and Mt. St. Helen's. Rice could use work, it was hard crusted and soggy at the same time. Dill sauce (camel spit) is great. I wish they did dill bread daily. It's our favorite. Ice tea tasted old or off. Employees were super friendly, cute atmosphere for meeting friends. They have kids meals, fresh lemon for your ice tea and the bread is great tasting. Good location if you have a larger vehicle and pulling things you need to park, plenty of space. Wheelchair friendly

I actually really liked the staggering ox. It's a unique twist on a sandwich shop that's entertaining and pretty tasty. I tried the S.O.B. and it was pretty good! The only thing I wish they had is like, plates to catch my crumbs haha. Also, as a side note, the staff are all friendly and funny they all were cracking jokes and seemed to enjoy working there, which I like to see! I will be back to try more food from them!
