I went in for my birthday drink. I got the matcha tea with lavender in a Frappuccino. It was really good! The atmosphere gave me a weird vibe and made me somewhat uncomfortable.

Ordered a basic grande size drink heard girl at window ask the man where it was and they forgot to make it so asked me to pull around. In all I waited 15 mins for it and 7 cars had went through the drive through in the time I sat out front.

My experience with Isabel today reminded me why Grand is my favorite location. They always go above and beyond to make sure my complicated order is correct.
Great Baristas. It's Starbucks so you get what you get. One issue with the drive thru line is that you can get stuck on the main street when it's really busy, which can be awkward.

i love starbucks. but in all honesty HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT NO BERRIES IN MY REFRESHER WHEN I ASK!!! i hate the berries alot. i hate the seeds in them. i can never drink my order because the berries are soggy and gross.

Wouldn't take cash. My pup was excited for a pup cup... and since they wouldn't take my cash for my tea order they wouldn't give the pupcup. Another reason I rarely go there... now, never again.
