I left a review on Saturday and I don't see it currently , I never leave negative reviews but this drink was SUB PAR to say the least :( when I pay extra for 3 kinds of drizzle and there is none. That happens about once a week and I buy coffee every other day

2/14/24 @9:30am I put in a pick up order for two drinks and a food item and the coffee drink of the two was made with regular espresso instead of blonde, my husband picked up said order and he said something to the barista and she remade the drink but it still didn’t taste right but he left cause they where super busy, so I called the store and asked to speak to a shift or manager, I was immediately greeted with rudeness from the manager Lindsay.. I began to tell her exactly what the problem was, she cut me off once I said the drinks where darker in color and then said after scoffing at me on the phone “the espresso doesn’t change the color of the drink, maybe the shots aren’t pulling right I don’t know” so I chimed back in by saying I know for a fact it changes the color and taste cause I also use to be a Starbucks barista and she’s being very rude, then she tried to argue with me on the phone so I said I was going to call another store since she wants to be so rude, I called another store and told them what just happened and they apologized for her absolutely unprofessional behavior and that this isn’t how Starbucks wants them to handle things, 0/10 don’t recommend 406 Maine st for any kind of business as long as Lindsay is the manger.I hope you have a better day Lindsay.

I ordered my drink hot, and they made it iced. Then I sat there for 10 minutes for them to remake it. I watched the girl put it on the counter, and the 3 employees working ignored the drink and me. When I finally got a worker to acknowledge my presence and asked her for my drink, she was super rude getting it to me and spilled some on my hand.

They need to start communicating amongst the staff making drinks and the staff making food especially on pick up orders. My food came up- after a 20 minute wait. That was understandable, being morning and slammed between the drive through and pickup orders. Was told my drinks were being “made” and sorry for the wait.I waited for them to come up.Got impatient and went through the 20 drinks left on the counter to find ours had already been made and in the mix of many. My name nor any of the 20 other drinks were called out -EVER- when they set them down the entire 30 minutes I was standing there. Customers had to go up to ask about who’s drinks were who’s and not wanting to touch the drinks that weren’t theirs. Yes, there are labels, however that leaves it for customers to pick up and to through each drink to see if it’s theirs.

Occasionally you stumble across one that's exceptional, and fortunately for me, I just did precisely that.This Starbucks has an open, inviting atmosphere but is particularly distinguished by its commitment to delivering service that exceeds expectations (special props to Magyn - a phenomenal representative of the Starbucks brand).
