The meatballs are now made with PORK. For those that don't eat pork you would not be informed unless you asked. Stick with the steak and cheese if you want 100% beef

Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a coupon, and one of the subs was not available with the coupon, but they rang it up differently so I could use the coupon. That was cool of them.Kid-friendliness: Clean and spacious for dine-in.Wheelchair accessibility: Clear and accessible walkways.
Ordered through Uber and as you can see there’s no meat on it at all! Also looked back on Uber and there was no option for adding meat (me thinking maybe I forgot to add the meat on there). Who would order a sandwich with no meat?!?! Tried calling the store to see what they could do and their phone number doesn’t even work!!

The guy behind the counter was so completely and unnecessarily RUDE from the start of the order. He didn't listen to anything we said and we repeatedly said no bacon on one sandwich & he got even more of an attitude when we asked him to move the bacon to the other sandwhich. Not impressed with their customer at all. Would give the "service" negative stars if I could.

I am a delivery driver and came in to pick up an order. The guy says he just got the order, when it took me 15 minutes to get to location so he had it before then. Then he says, I have until 11:52 to complete it; very rudely. I don't usually have this type of experience when picking up from here but this guy is very rude.

I pass by a lot of subways to stop at this one. The guys that I've had working are very nice and attentive to your order. They look overworked and underpaid but they keep it clean and are very polite and quick. I've only tried one other subway in Billings so far and that one was very disappointing. This store makes my sub and I can make my 45 min drive to the house and eat it and it's not a sopping wet mess from oversaucing. Nobody wants a soggy sub. And this store hasn't disappointed me so far.
