The gentleman making the sandwiches was awesome. He was quick for answers and easy to deal with. The young lady was very nice as well. Great subs and clean environment.

The lad, DeShawn, was far too concerned with getting off on time and instead of making our mobile order he spent 20 minutes trying to get a hold of people, and even took care of 2 other parties that came after we had sat in the empty restaurant for 10 minutes. VERY poor customer service.

Don't try and get a sandwich remade. I was just made to look like a fool. The woman behind the counter immediately started fixing my order, then the second woman came out and asked her associate what was going on, they spoke about my order then by the second woman I was asked very sternly if I had brought the sandwich I wanted fixed back, which of course I did, then she then proceeded to pick through the sand which as if I was lying. First big thing it was missing was the 2$ avocado and I also asked for no onions, there were both peppers and onions on the sand which. The #20 elite chicken and bacon ranch with removed red onions.

I have always loved the chopped salads there, but today..... I am not a mean person but you really need a mature responsible person working with those young people. The girl at the cash register commented how she didnt like the ham because it reminded her of human flesh. I really wanted to tell her she is not representing Subway well at all. But my stomach was grosding out. Plus I got the tinyest salad I have ever gotten there. I like subway because I always get a good size salad

Ran into an old friend tonight at subway which was nice….anyway it’s nice to see some people who don’t mind working for a paycheck … big shout out to Charlie who made our time there fun ….maybe if he makes more money if you want to keep good employees

We just went to Subway today #45822-0, 820 Shiloh crossing at 3:49pm. The employee making sandwiches (black long hair with orange strips, thick black eye makeup, heavier set) was rude, unprofessional and unsanitary! She acted more then putout having to work during a slow time. With every routine request (ie type of bread, cheese, etc.) she felt it necessary to roll her eyes and speak rudely. The worst part was her hair was hanging over our food! Half way through I pointed out her long black hairs had fallen in our sandwich right on the meat! Her response was “my bad”, pulled the hairs out, and served/charged it to us!!!!!!!!!! We did not want that sandwich but she didn’t care and didn’t remake it!!! Never going back!!! I nearly NEVER write reviews, but this was beyond disgusting and inappropriate service! I’m not sure how to contact the manager but hopefully he sees this and takes action!
