First time back at Subway in over a year. Nothing has changed. Good bread, but even paying for double meat gets you an anemic sandwich! Clerk at the front of the line stopped taking and starting sandwich orders in the middle of lunch rush to make bread, was just turning to leave when another employee asked what we would like. 5 employees standing around doing nothing to wait on one gal to put breads in the oven, when the cooked bread racks were over 1/2 full!. Very poor employee management when something like this happens in the middle of lunch rush with a long line of customers waiting. Will be well over a year again before I try going back.

Horrible customer service I will never eat at this location again. They got my order wrong then told me I ordered thru door dash So they couldn't help me even though I didn't I ordered through the subway app. So I'll try to use very small words and explain that. The lady told me well if I wanted help I would have to come down to the store so I did that. Then when I got to the store she couldn't even refund my money because she never was shown how. I mean really when do you leave somebody in control of a restaurant if they can't even do a REFUND! So I grabbed my receipt and said great. I'll talk to the manager in the morning and I walked out. Come in to talk to the manager in the morning and in front of 5 people. She tells me I swore at her customers so they're not giving me my money back when I did not swear at them. I did raise my voice because I was just baffled at the pathetic customer service. So I have to tell her I need somebody's phone number either her boss or the owner or somebody which she didn't want to give me those phone numbers. Finally she gives me the office's phone number and the area manager tells me he'll refund my money there. Long and short I finally got my money back but even the area manager was kind of rude until the director heard me talking about my experience in another restaurant. That happened to be her kid so then all the sudden. I wasn't just an angry mean person I was somebody talking about a good experience with her son and Long and short I finally got my money back but even the area manager was kind of rude until the director of operations in the other room heard me talking about my experience in another restaurant. Okay so we ordered our sandwiches off the subway app. It goes without saying we were not there when the sandwiches were made. Also I double checked and we grabbed the correct order when we picked up our food. When we got home we found our food seemed rushed and the finished sandwiches were made either wrong or sloppy. We ended up with toppings we didn't ask for and don't like added to our sandwiches. They also rushed the toasting of our sandwiches, creating an overall unpleasant texture. Overall very disappointed with this location, won't be back there.

Jordyn was very rude, did not listen when we placed our order, kept passing everything on to her coworker and after she ruined our sandwich, refused to ring us up. We usually go to this store but if she’s working, we will walk out. Horrible service.
