Went to this store at 5pm on Thursday 7/20/23 and the guy in the window was very hostile. I hadn't even said anything to him other then that it was fine I got broccoli cheddar soup instead of chicken noodle. He was rude and very condescending. I didn't even have to talk to him because he was just rude to me anyways. I'll never be going to that subway again

Sandwich was "the outlaw" there was so much sauce squirted onto my sandwich I couldn't even taste the meat or ingredients and I DID NOT ask for extra sauce. This is the second time they have overdone sauces on a sandwich i've ordered. There are much better sandwich places in billings I suggest going there so you won't have to throw your sandwich away.

Super creepy place, everyone always looks so mad, barely acknowledge the customers, produce is always wilted and past fresh by a long shot. Sandwich meat is not worth the prices they charge. Mom wanted Subway so I went. It’s been this way for years have no idea how this dump has stayed open.Parking: Too small

The young guy who rang me up was obviously having a rough day. I tried to be nice by relating to his day, but even after being understanding he was still rude. The manager was very nice as was the other young guy working. I won't be going back to this particular location due to the rudeness of that employee. The only reason why I tiped $2 for my $13 order was the politeness of the manager and employee who made my two footlongs.

Never, EVER have I had such terrible service at a subway. The man running the veggie side of the line was incredibly RUDE, SLOW, and very clearly high on something. The other gals could've cared less about the work, seemingly putting on a single olive at a time in order to max out their hours of work. That was definitely the most displeasing Billings dining experience I've had, PERIOD. Please take your business to different subway locations in Billings, as this one is clearly a joke :(

I just left this Subway location 10 minutes ago and I will never be back.First, when I walked in they told me that I would have to order at their kiosk as their dining area was closed.No biggie. But when I went to order at the kiosk I noticed there were sandwiches that they carry that were not listed.I picked a different sandwich and pulled up to pay.I asked the gal why they don't have buffalo chicken anymore?She said they do but that some items aren't listed on the kiosk! SERIOUSLY??!!! So I asked if I could get that instead of the sandwich I had ordered? She said no because they had already made my sandwich??!!! SERIOUSLY??!!! WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!! No apologies! Nothing!
