order here a lot, lately they have been getting my orders wrong. i order something with no sour cream no tom, end up with both on it, the tomatoes i don't mind picking off but sour cream i end up throwing half the meat away trying to scrap it off...

It's my favorite taco bell in Billings, or Montana for that matter, and the food is always freshly made and staff is friendly. It's the Taco Bell that other Taco Bells around here should be.
Everytime I go here it seems they forget something on my order. I missed 2 tacos, one was a double stack and a thing of chips. Just frustrating really, because I live out of town and usually am in a rush so I can't stop and go through the order at that time. And good luck getting food after the fact, which tbf is a hard point to make a week after ordering

The food was awesome and the service was great. Our only mistake was getting there during the local school lunch hour. Thar said, the staff and manager was moving every one along in a quick and orderly manner. Definitely going back.
Early morning eatery and the folks were on point thank you for being 24 hours.

The GM went above and beyond with customer service and his name is TJ. I had to get a remake of the breakfast box and he truly made it right and we had a little convo and I can tell he loves his career. Great guy! This Taco Bell is one I will continue to go to just because of that guy. Try and see for
