So we was in the drive thru at taco johns tonight. There was a vehicle in front of us who was able to order. We pulled up was greeted asked what we wanted and we ordered the food we wanted. The guy after taking our order got back on the speaker saying I'm sorry we closed at 10 and we can't make your order, after asking what we wanted and saying alright anything else we wanted. We was there before 10 his excuse is a lie I know cuz my son use to work for taco johns computers systems don't just shut off. They just didn't want to make the food and came up with an excuse. I have corporate numbers. I also tried calling to speak to manager no answered. What if I was that vehicle ahead of me who got food and he had messed up order. Your neglect and refusal of service will be brought to cooperate and high up managers.

NICE NEW BUILDING, just the worst food you could imagine, we ordered several items, burrito was missing, mini tator tots were warm to touch, and our Nachos looked as if they had been shaken....what a mess! Trying to get hot sauce was an 'impossible dream' just a shiny awful place. AND they dont have a phone number on the receipt......left a few comments on site and called the main office 1-800-854-0819 and no one answered that phone either! Left a message....AVOID THIS PLACE / AND OR DO AN INVENTORY BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW!

Taco John's is another taco chain very arguably and marginally better than its more well-known competition. The set up is customer focused, without the self-order stations where one can avoid personal interaction entirely if you pay with plastic.The employees are friendly and quick to greet you when you enter. The entire atmosphere is more relaxed than I expected for a fast food place.The food is okay. It won't win any awards on the spectacular scale, but it is filling, reasonably priced for what it is, and the sauces available can spice it up nicely.It's an okay place for a quick, low priced meal, when time is an issue or the kids are cranky. It's a matter of taste if this wins out over the competition a couple of blocks away.

Tried the new Cheddar Crunch Taco and was very disappointed. The shell was toasted to the point of bein pure shoe leather making it impossible to chew. I thought it would be more like a chalupa, soft and flakey. Not a good product,

Been threw the drive thru 2times in the past 10 days and both times you guys forgot my nacho cheese. you guys charge 75 cents for some canned cheese at the least give it to the customers. Simplest of fast food chains can't even get the cheese sauce in the bag. Yall need better management because you lack communication or something.

Love my Taco John's. I wish they would bring back the salsa bar, I like getting my own sides of taco sauce. It would also be nice if the sauce in the packets was the sauce they used on the tacos.
