The food remains a top contender in the fast food biz. #trademarksandwichs, but there app is very confusing. If your used to the great way McDonald's unveiled there app. That's not Wendy's. Employees don't talk about it and have to get a Manager to help them whenever it is brought up. Train your staff on the app for a more smoother flow of drive thru traffic. Great food, friendly yet uninformed staff, confusing app. If your looking for good quality food with reasonably good customer service, Wendy's will deliver.Kid-friendliness: Nothing for kids to do. No touch screen table games or play areas.Wheelchair accessibility: Front doors are difficult to get through in a wheelchair or strollers. The Double entrance doors are a nuisance.

Customers, you should know the management of Wendy's, especially in Montana, love to get off flaunting their power to their employees. They refuse to allow their employees to have any originality or individuality and insist on telling you every single step of every single aspect of your job, thereby demeaning you of your will to work. They also love to repeat "management is the only one who does it right."The worst of the worst is Jason Combs who used to scream and freak out if he was compared to a shift manager named Jesse.Well, Jason, you are just as bad as Jesse if not worse.Your precious procedure is wrong.It will always be wrong.It baffles my mind how someone so arrogant and abusive made district manager.It doesn't matter which location you shop at, customers, don't ever eat at any Wendy's in Montana.They don't adhere to Dave Thomas' vision and shouldn't be frequented by anyone who cares about employees.They are vile in every sense of the word and have participated in discrimination against physically disabled employees and also tolerate and embrace homophobia.

Ordered food without mayonnaise and they put it on there not once but twice, and it took about 20 minutes to get the replacement food, needless to say I'm not happy.
Idk if I’m the only person who’s felt this way but I’ve recently visited here sort of frequently around dinner time and every time I’ve felt attacked. So my question is , what’s with all the hostility ? I’m just hungry yunno and if you don’t like your job that much that you have to put these vibes out into the world then you should consider looking for a new one cause I can almost taste your attitude in my burger and it’s far from delicious ?☹️

Well the manager there was so rude yelling at the cashier who was doing his job correctly. The cashier was upset because the dumb assembly line who prep the orders kept getting them wrong and the cashier kept getting all the hell from the customers. This manager was going to write up the cashier for raising his voice to be sent home. My husband stepped in and let the manager have it. From manager to manager! She should have pulled the cashier to the side privately if she was going to get after him. You don't do that in public! Geeze! That's why I own my own business.......?I'll be calling corporate to make sure this young kid is NOT written up either!
