They refused to give us 8 cups of water. “That too much”. We have 7 kids and ordered $50 worth of food.They also refused to honor my son’s AW coin which he had been saving for many years.We won’t be back.

Rarely do I post negative reviews, but this place is an absolute joke of an establishment. I know Bozeman can only get 14 year old kiddos to work service these days, but good lord they are VERY unfriendly and not helpful at this A&W location. Do better!!

Edit: after waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes, they didn't advertise they were out of the A&W Rootbeer on the board.The lobby here is still closed, most the time the ice cream machine is down (2 of the last 3 visits), and the drive-thru is incredibly slow. The owner should sit in the parking lot for just an hour and watch how much business they're losing.

Food was good and the root beer was excellent. It was a bit of a long wait but we'll worth it

If you're looking out your window for the place shown in the pictures, plan on getting lost or just look for a KFC. This is a poorly marked place.

We used the drive thru for 3 meals. They did not provide or ask if we needed utensils or condiments. It should be obvious you need a fork for coleslaw. They put the wrong wrapper on the burgers and put the napkins on top of the cold greasy fries which ruined the napkin's. The root beer was warm.
