I wish I could speak a little better about the food here. The appetizer was very good however my ribs were very dry and. There is a movement in the barbecue/smoke community that somehow ribs need to be a little more tough. And for some reason fall off the bone was not acceptable. Well it's acceptable to me because that's how I enjoy my ribs. Any other way serving ribs needs to stay on the food channel and they can nerd out, all they want. As far as I'm concerned ribs should never be tough. And they should never be dry.The rest of the food was pretty good. That was my only time experiencing this restaurant. So I'm very open to giving it another chance.
Gabriel was training Gavin they did 10/10 service. Absolutely impeccable. Made our experience unforgettable. We mentioned we are from Louisiana and Gabriel brought everyone a small sample of the gumbo to see what we thought! Delicious! Two extremely kind men who went over and above to make our dinner wonderful! Thank you!!!

The steak and eggs was horrible. Had to send the steak back, asked for med rare and it was bloody. The hash browns, eggs and sausage was way TOO salty! The waitress has an attitude. We'll never return!

Just moved to the bozeman area from Louisiana and was looking for a good meal/dining experience and good draft beer. I was greeted immediately upon entering and I asked to sit at the bar. Service was great at the bar. The two gentlemen went above and beyond what was necessary and extremely attentive to detail, especially the older gentleman behind the bar. He referred to me by name after checking my ID and even commented on where I was from. I ordered the Famous Filet with a baked potatoe and a cup of gumbo. I'll say off the top that gumbo should not be made with tomatoe base its supposed to be dark brown and thick. Although it wasn't that bad, but nothing compared to back home in the south. I ordered the filet medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. Very tender as well. My only complaint is that it was a tad too salty. Another review I read said the same about another steak. It may be something to do with their marinating process. Otherwise the steak was great. Melt in your mouth. Some little things changed and every part of this place would be 5 stars! I enjoyed the cold beer as well. Overall a great experience. Would definitely eat here again.

Our server was absolutely lovely! We went for lunch and the food was ok. I had the French dip which seemed a bit dry. My husband had the ribeye and lobster tail. He said his was perfectly cooked. Restaurant was quiet. Would recommend.

Is it really necessary to put SEVEN Pickles on a pulled pork sandwich???? No other veggies, just cold pork, no sauce, 7 pickles and the burnt bread. Sandwich was cold and full of fat. Fries were overdosed with salt. You'd think an upscale restaurant could have REAL Ranch dressing instead of the bottled, vinegar filled junk! Way to ruin the oversalted fries!Not going to get a return visit from me and my crew!Dietary restrictions: Watch out!!! They love the salt shaker!
