Horrible service, ordered a large meal for my family and I and I never got it or my money back. Nowhere in their website! Did it say you had to wait 24hrs for it, told me it’d be ready at a certain time and had to get a call by one of their workers that had no idea how to cancel it and the manager knew even less. I’m down $200 and I never got my food, never order from here, they seem to have no return policy and you’ll never get what you pay for. Order # 60676704

Dickies in Bozeman catered a rehearsal dinner for me and it was wonderful! Ben was so helpful and made the event better than I imagined. We have used Dickey's BBQ for catering a few of our corporate events lately and they have absolutely crushed it. Items were delivered early, team helped with set, walked us through what everything was, ensured we had enough plates/silverware/sauces etc. They even followed up after to make sure everything went well. Our team loved the food and are already asking when they will back :)

We’re midwesterners that recently moved to Bozeman and missing BBQ! We placed a carry out order today and the food was amazing! Everything was so flavorful- one of the best meals we’ve had out in a long time. The service was great. Our order was ready when I got there. We also put an allergy alert on the order and it was highlighted on our ticket and our son ate safely. I really appreciate the attention they paid to it. i have never enjoyed BBQ, and i’ve always had a distaste for brisket specifically. dickey’s has been served at my workplace for lunch a few times and i love it every time! their brisket is the only one i’ve ever enjoyed, i love the mac & cheese, corn muffin, and slaw. also, the pickles are to die for! thank you dickey’s!
