Lots of great seating and outlets which are very important for working from here. Coffee is great. I’ve also tried their black lavender ice tea and it’s amazing. Staff is friendly. They also have a drive through which is handy when you’re short on time.Kid-friendliness: Play area below the stairs.

I’m pretty obsessed with all things Freshies- especially their smoothies and sandwiches. However, I sadly find their breakfast burritos to be… not so good. At all. Highly recommend!

Great spot, one of the few coffee spots open early in Bozeman, with great baristas and reasonably priced espresso drinks.

Wanted to like this place, but......It was a miss for us. ?First of all, $36 for lunch for two. ? That is two sandwiches, a bag of chips, a lemonade and a hot tea.Second we were charged extra for a pickle spear that was supposed to be included with the meal. ? Why? Oh, because you added chips to your order, which you also paid more for. ?‍♀️Third, our sandwich and drink orders were made by separate people, and while that is totally understandable, our sandwich orders were called out and we had almost finished our sandwiches when we inquired about our beverages. Oh, hey they were just sitting up here at this other counter that you were supposed to know about. ?While this mode of service is fine for most, it hit below the belt for us.Freshies is a coffee shop that also serves food. Meter your expectations.

I just began frequenting Freshies over the last few months. I live close by but for so long I was put off by the name and I didn't really know what it was. The last two times I got to-go food I said "never again" but, out of convenience, I did and now I definitely will not be going back. I paid $25 including tip for a sandwich, cup of soup and a drink, no problem for a good lunch. My order was to-go. I placed my order with the cashier inside who rang me up and took my money and then gave me absolutely zero instruction on how or where my food was going to be placed when ready. I waited, waited, waited....nothing. I watched as other diners were grabbing the wrong food. The kitchen staff seemed unconcerned about the confusion and not one of them had a smile on their face. It was odd. Anyway, after waiting for my food for awhile I asked and was told that I was supposed to pick up my drink at one counter and then my to-go food would come out at the opposite end of the counter. Apparently my food had been sitting there. I don't understand why the cashier or the kitchen staff can't direct, speak up, call out order numbers, etc. It seemed beyond them to care. This also happened to me the time before. The soup, which was 4.50/cup, was extremely salty and had been burned. Garbage. The soup the previous time had uncooked and crunchy egg noodles in it. Also inedible. There are plenty of other places I can go that show they care about the customer experience and the food quality. I mean, how much does it cost to be helpful and kind?

The vegetables in my sandwich were completely frozen and the bread had fallen apart/crumbled before I unwrapped it.

We went through the drive through and service was fast. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a decaf latte with oat milk. The sandwich was alright. I didn’t drink the latte until I got home and discovered I had received… warm oat milk. No decaf espresso. I’m not sure if the barista thought decaf meant no espresso or if they just forgot to put it in the cup. I ordered exactly like I always do at other places (Dukes, city brew, Starbucks, etc). If you need decaf from here maybe double check.

A little pricey in my opinion for what you get. Love the location and the bright cheery space, and I’ve had positive experiences with everyone working behind the counter.
