Ordered takeout and had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant ever. First, prices were $2-3 more than what was listed on the actual menu, they forgot my crab Rangoons (which was the only reason I went anyways), and didn’t include any straws for the boba tea. Also, the boba teas do not include boba, that’s an additional dollar. Will never eat or order from again.

I don't understand the reviews here, I've never had trouble with the staff and always love the food. It's not top ramen, they are definitely doing their broth right. It's not 5 stars on the west coast, but it is for Bozeman.Just based on other reviews it seems they tend to overcook some of their fried stuff. Maybe better to stay away from that.

Been here about three times. The ramen was pretty good by Montana standards. If you compare it to larger cities with more selection it leaves a little to be desired but overall it's a very nice ramen house especially for Montana.
I just ordered a nice dish today Jan 4 2024 spicy beef ramen the name of the person that served her name Tia-Louise P be careful with your card no they might pretend that the Chip is not working then ask you for number I made the mistake I gave her number then acting funny typing fast in her personal phone BE CAREFUL!!! NOW I have to keep my eyes on the card
My family and I love Hokkaido and have gone here monthly, several times a month. We have been here for birthdays, and all sorts of occasions. We take all our friends here and love the atmosphere and have been met with great food and amazing service, every time. We love it so much that we order the same things all the time. So, when we wanted to go out for new year's, guys where we went. You guessed right. Well, our regular orfer was so spicy, we couldn't eat it. I tried to explain this to our cashier, who not very unsympathetic and didn't care one bit that we had to return two of our entrée. The bill was over 100.00 for 3 entrees. I had to pay for my other entrée and man, did that ruin our dining experience. I don't mind paying for my food, I just hate paying for food that we can't eat. We are willing to give Hokkaido another try and hope that the service will be more people centered.
My daughter ordered 3 apps for take out and when we opened the boxes at home, the food was burned. Not just over cooked but burnt black and inedible.Waste of money and food.

The Den of Tools
I was so psyched when I heard about this place. Sadly did not live up to the hype. Terrible food, it’s like high end instant ramen with some fresh ingredients to make it look nice. Worse, there was a Door Dash guy parked in the handicap spot waiting for an order (he did not have a placard). I asked if it was his car and he admitted it. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one. What about the supervisor? Nope they finally elected one guy to talk to me as he had worked there the longest. I asked why they allowed the DoorDash people to park there and he said that he knew they did it, they did it all the time, but there was no way for them to monitor it. I was standing at the register. I turned around in the car was right there. You could literally look right out the window right in front of the store and see what these people are doing. DoorDash essentially works for these restaurants and the restaurant doesn’t care. Just long as they keep making money I guess.
