The food is great and the employees efficient. I only did 4 stars on atmosphere because we were there in the winter months and it's open inside and everytime the door opened ( which was alot .. very busy place ) it was chilly. Just have to keep a coat

Best thing to come out of Jersey since Bruce Springsteen. Can you believe these people crying about being delivered the wrong variety of chips? Or being ignored for 16 seconds while the 18 yr old college student finishes making a sub over a scalding hot stove? Sounds like Nathan R does not get a lot of Lays in life in general. Anyway these are essentially kids doing a great job making food for clearly the most discerning food critics in the world. My experience was great. My sandwich was perfectly prepared by a very gregarious staff member named Ellie. She greeted me immediately as I walked in and was very helpful in making my menu choice and incredibly well groomed. All in all it was a wonderful experience and my sandwich could not have been more delectable. Thanks to all and give my regards to Mike.

I want to thank the staff at Jersey Mikes for being so understanding and considerate. I have celiacs and have an extremely hard time finding food that I can eat. When I noticed they had gluten free choices I was happy, but i was blown away when they asked if it celiacs related. When I said yes the staff went into action and cleaned every surface and made sure I was safe. They didn’t complain, they didn’t make faces they did it with a smile. I also want to add they were busy and they treated us as we were the only customers. Thank you Jersey Mikes.Dietary restrictions: They are Celiac’s friendly.
