The veggie sandwich didn't seem to have any guac, the main ingredient?? So I paid 10 bucks for a loft of bread with mayo. I should have believed all the bad reviews, Believe the reviews!

I was in and out of this Jimmy Johns in what felt like under 90 seconds. They were so fast! I ordered the Turkey Tom, which is my go-to when I’m trying to be healthy. The staff was very friendly, and the views, even in the parking lot, were great. Montana is gorgeous. Shoutout to you if you live there. I was just in town on business, but it’s a wonderful place.

I LOVE JIMMY JOHNSThis isn't anything special, just your average jimmy johns. But it's clean, the lettuce is crunchy, and the unwiches are unmatched my any other sandwich producing restaurant. The staff is also friendly. The hours are also pretty convenient.Vegetarian options: Meat optionalDietary restrictions: Gluten/grain free is achievable

The #9 was just about flavorless.The Owner asked for more information so here it is... Just after 1 p.m. on Thursday I was really hungry, I'm working away from home and just wanted something quick to take with me for lunch. #9 on Whole Wheat is always my go to sandwich at the Sheridan Wy location, since I was in a hurry I forgot to ask for the Whole Wheat but no biggie I thought. Well it was a biggie, that sub bread is so tasteless that I think it's sole purpose is to keep your fingers clean while eating the toppings. The bread was like gut stuffing and no more. The dressing is so watered down that it to was flavorless.At least it filled the void in my stomach and the hunger went away but there was definitely no joy in the lunch.P.S.The Coke dispenser apparently got switched with the diet Coke, I had to dump it and drank Orange soda. You should probably check on that too.

We were on a road trip. We needed something fast. They were fast and accurate. I would go back for sure.
Went in to purchase a gift card and they were out. Told me to try the other store.The business I wanted to purchase a gift card for ended up having a pizza party instead of a sub sandwich party.Bought a $150 gift card for pizza instead.Next time call the other store to make sure they have gift cards before sending me over there and at least fake like you have customer service skills.

Asked for a #12 as an unwich & a #9 without ham & onions add turkey & a pickle bucket. Instead I received #12 with one little drop of avacado on it and the #9 had turkey and ham & onions no salami. Plus only gave a pickle cut into four slices.. had to repay for the pickle bucket and eat the sub with ham due to the fact we had already left. Never even offered a refund for the one pickle they charged me… ridiculous!

Was sent an email promotion saying they had a special for half off sandwiches. Called before I came in to make sure it was happening. They confirmed it was happening. I made a special trip to Bozeman for lunch. Refused to honor promotion. Will never eat here again. Wasted my time.Should have honored promotion for miscommunication. Manager was unsympathetic and rude.
