Went to Montana Ale Works for the first day of Downtown Bozeman Restaurant Week and it did not disappoint! I sat at the bar top and the vibe was perfect. It wasn’t too loud and the bar staff was super attentive.I had the 3 for $30. I picked the house salad with the delicious roasted lemon vinaigrette. Then for my entree I had the Montana Trout - it was delicious. I asked for a side of tartar sauce and it was so good. The trout came with polenta that was done well, it wasn’t sticky or dry. Had awesome flavor. Then I rounded out dessert with peanut butter chocolate panna cotta. It was creamy and delicious. Not overwhelming or too sweet. Yum!Ale Works is a fun vibe with great staff. Visit here, it won’t disappoint.

Elsa our waitress was phenomenal. I had the bacon wrapped meatloaf and my wife had the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich and homemade tater tots.Fantastic!
The food is delicious! Got the Nashville hot chicken. The menu didn't have a lot of veggie dishes, which I was hoping for. The place is loud! It's a giant open space, so sound bounces. I had to shout at my friend across the table for her to hear me.

Enjoyed this restaurant during our stay in Bozeman. They have a great menu with a lot of food and drink selections! Our waiter was responsive and even had the kitchen put the chorizo on the side of the queso dip because one person at the table didn’t eat meat. We will definitely be back.

Lovely spot, every dish I have had here is well prepared with fresh ingredients. Can tell the kitchen staff pride themselves on putting out a great product every time. It is not high end dining by any means, but they've got the basics on lockdown. Also great vibes and love sitting outside once the warm weather rolls in. Will return ASAP!

He received us with a big smile. He’s professionalism and customer service was outstanding. The food was top notch ?? and pretty fast!

Came into this restaurant with 3 close friends and I'm beyond impressed with the incredible service I received. I'm currently traveling from out of town for a clinic, but my waitress took OUTSTANDING service tonight. Her name was Maddy and she made our meal very enjoyable. She refilled drinks for us without us asking, she made great conversation, she anticipated our needs tonight, and gave us exceptional service! Thank you Maddy for our wonderful evening! Great food, great environment, and I will be back when I'm in town!

What a fun place! An old train station and great atmosphere. Our waiter was right in tune with our group which made for a fun experience. Shepherd’s pie was so delicious! It’s a top rated restaurant for a reason. Will return.
