The employees here are unreliable. I came in to pick up an order and waited 10 minutes past the time and then they said they finally started it and then waited another 15 minutes for the order to be ready. This restaurant wasted both my time and money that I'll never be get back. I strongly encourage you to not even consider coming here.

buffalo chicken mac but i paid 0.75 to have spinach added so i could get some nutrients in my meal and they legit gave me 2 singular leaves of spinach. bangin mac as always but v disappointed in the quantity of my veggie add on. Also did not come with any green onion which it states it contains.

I was pretty disappointed in the food. The service was prompt & efficient. But the noodles were mushy & there was barely any cheese on the Mac & cheese. Disappointing as I’d had a long day & just wanted some comfort food.

Paid for parmesan chicken… got it home to eat it and there was no chicken. The staff was incredibly rude, and was blasting really awful trap music in the kitchen over the rest of the restaurants music, and I could clearly overhear the staff discussing who was getting fired next on the team and why. Genuinely, dont go here. I love noodles&co, but not the one in bozeman. Shut it down and start over.

You should not hire on the spot then tell them to come to work and then fire them the next day. My family will never eat at your establishment EVER again. You cannot do that to people. You think it's ok to fire someone for having to many jobs without asking why he had too many jobs. Don't ask to work here if you have more then one job in a year.

I have never had an issue with the food here although this noodles has very bad customer service. Cashiers are never friendly and cooks and cashiers were touching their mouths to whistle loudly while preparing the food which was gross as well as annoying. Employees care more about goofing around than customer service. Needs better management.

We decided to try Noodles and Company based upon other reviews. We left extremely disappointed. The pasta dishes seemed more like microwave dinners than something I would expect at a restaurant. I had the chicken parmesan and some of the noodles were hard; like the dish had been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period. My wife's dish was equally disappointing. If you are reading this review- I suggest you try somewhere else; anywhere else.

It took more than 30 minutes to get our food. When we did receive it, it was luke warm and very underwhelming. I remember going to a Noodles & Company restaurant a few years ago and it was pretty good. Not so here. The staff does not seem to be well trained to handle even a moderate volume of orders.
