Great place to meet and enjoy great food! It was a busy Saturday night, which made individualized service a big challenge worth forgiveness. Our family loved the atmosphere and cuisine!Kid-friendliness: Our 11 year old son loved the experience at Old Chicago! Great family environment.
Tried to order through Doordash, couldn't find the chicken tenders that was on the menu on the website. Turns out it's labeled as a different company on doordash and didn't want to pay 2 separate fees just to order wings and tenders. Same thing when we tried to order pickup, tenders are not on the menu other than under party platters

The food was fantastic and the staff was professional and helpful, I actually called in my order and picked it up so the atmosphere got a 5 because when I walked in the place was clean had appropriate lighting and plenty of viewable TV's.

The service was horrendous! There should be no reason why I'm waiting to get acknowledged for fifteen minutes and it's not even busy. On top of the ridiculous wait, when I got the food I was not impressed. I expected near perfection or atleast great presentation & taste but what I received was subpar at best. I would not recommend and I would not go back. The service ruined my appetite more than anything.

The food was not good. Had a turkey club, which is not hard to make. Bacon on it looked raw still, so I took it off. The lettuce was gross. I'm very disappointed.
Food was great.Server was very unfriendly, don't know if was just because it was late... Or she doesn't know how to treat a table..We never been told the side of dressings will have an extra charge..she never introduced her self, or even say hello. Just took the order, literally "drop" sharing plates to the table and automatically brought the check...Hopefully Ashlyn was just having a bad day...
