This is the best new restaurant in Bozeman. I'm so happy we found Pho Sai Gon! I went with my wife. We had the Popcorn chicken to start - it is fun and delicious to eat. I had a Banh Mi sandwich - it was delicious and a huge, generous portion. My wife had the Pho and loved it. It is a beautiful space and well designed inside - elegant, simple, and spacious. I highly recommend it! I'm so happy this restaurant is in town.

Best Bahn Mi this side of the Pacific. Seriously. I would put their sandwiches up against any other sandwich in Bozeman - hands down the winner. Sorry Hideaway...Doesn't hurt that the owners and staff are super nice people. Pho is top notch too. Seems like there are less and less mid-price restaurants that are actually good left in town - delicious dinner for two, @ less than $30... Count me in. These guys deserve your support!
