Disgusting, never trust a place that makes you pay before getting your meal

It is nice to find an authentic Thai restaurant run by people from Thailand. While the spice has been toned down for most of the local palettes, the flavor of the aromatics is prevalent to maintain the wonderful flavors of Thai cuisine. If you have never had this type of food, give it a try it's wonderful. This place offers a smaller menu with a nice variety of stir-fried styles, curries, rice, and noodle dishes. Pad Thai noodle is a great beginner dish to try. If you want any dish spicier, just let them know, and they will make it. True Thai cuisine can be very spicy and wonderful.Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be made with tofu or all veggie

Authentic food! Was served by a bear little robot, which was cool, but my husband and I ordered the same thing, just different spice levels, so we didn't know which plate was which. Atmosphere is clean and quiet.

worst service ever, i watched my food sit on the counter for 20 minutes before the girl could put it in a bag so i could end my misery, it said 50 min wait online i showed up 55 minutes and waited 20 more. unbelievable.Update on the food itself. total let down, we love thai flavors and spices like the thai basil and lemongrass and the other thai herbs, non of which there were, the curry was unfortunately watered down, the drunken noodles were tastless. the tom yum soup was atleast flavorful edible, wont be back to the oak st place but hoping the belgrade one hasn't gone so far downhill, especially for the price.

The quality of service and ambience has diminished significantly as of recent. Have been going here for years but am removing it from my list of restaurants in the future. Prices have increased but the food isn't what it used to be. Sad to see this having happened.

Very quickly made with poor quality. By the far the most disappointing duck curry in my life. My moms Pad Thai, was a much better dish. The rice was was over cooked, the curry had so much fish oil it tastes like I was drinking from the bottle. Not a cheap place. I think I’ve come here enough to say I will never be back. There are a bunch of better Thai places, including Costco! Yea their packaged Thai is excellent.
Ordered online and picked up. Easy, fast, good food.

I ordered wonton soup delivered via door dash. I have gotten other things from Rice before and have been satisfied. The wonton soup was a personal amount. About 5 or 6 wontons in the container. It was $16.80! The amount of food was fine but $16.80 is nearing entree price.

Ordered our food and waited for an hour. Made us late to work and we still didn't get the food. Had to get up and leave. They still charged us for our drinks. Shitty service, don't come here.

We have eaten at rice a few times mainly for the convince. The food has always been okay, not great but it’s close and easy. We ordered two pad see ew with extra sauce for dinner. 40 dollars later we got home and opened up our dinner and we were greeted with basically white noodles. There was no flavor, spice, or anything. We added soy sauce, red pepper flake, and garlic to try to revive it but even that didn’t work. When I called the woman on the phone was very rude and cold. I was apologizing for calling and asking them to remake it, she didn’t apologize once. She was also rude when we went in the store. So bummed that we won’t be purchasing from here anymore after this experience.
