Third time is NOT a charm.....We had a couple of meals last year (we ordered take out) and it were amazing. A few month ago we ordered takeout for our entire family and had it delivered. We received our $150 order and it was ice cold and literally inedible. Cheese on the burgers rock hard and shiny, French fries that were rock hard..... just really bad. We thought it must be a fluke and so called to let the restaurant manager know. She was very kind and even left a $50 gift card for us to try again.So tonight (3 months later) we decided to give it another go. My husband picked up to make sure it wasn't an issue with a delivery driver. We live less than two miles from Tanglewood.AGAIN..... it was absolutely awful. The food was soooo cold, the burgers were burned, even the buns were burned, my daughter ordered a salad and all I can compact it to is.... It looked like someone vomited in a box. Again..... inedible.I'm posting photos of our received food. 6 burgers and a salad.... All inedible and a waste of money.

I LOVE this place. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. It’s a little more pricey, not too bad, but definitely a special night (anniversary, birthday, etc.) place for us. We request the same server that we got the first time we came in everytime we are in, because she is awesome. We’ve sat at the bar for brunch and had an excellent time with the bartender as well. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I had the chicken piccata last night and it was out of this world amazing! I highly recommend.. and the service was spectacular as well!

We came in for brunch and sat at the bar. We ordered mimosas, the croquettes and profiteroles for appetizers. These were great. I ordered the chicken and waffles and my wife ordered the egg sandwich. While the flavors worked for the entrées, the execution suffered across the board. For the chicken and waffles, I got two waffles (dry/over-cooked) with a wing and a large breast. The chicken was so over-fried that the breading was rock-hard and just broke off in huge chunks and was unpleasant to eat. In reality, this dish would have been excellent if the breast had been cut smaller so it could have been fried for a shorter period instead of fried within an inch of its life. My wife’s egg sandwich was good but suffered from the classic sandwich-too-big-to-bite problem and had to be deconstructed and ate with a fork. The breakfast potatoes were also a little over-fried. All-in-all, this meal was close to being really good, but overall left us disappointed. However, the service was good and we we will be back to give it another try some day.

Had combined birthday parties with my accountant . We ordered food and drinks and just finished our meal when the hostess asked us to leave our table and go to the bar because they had another party coming in and wanted our table? We had full intentions of ordering dessert because of our birthdays.. how embarrassing was the situation. I informed the waiter and she said that there was nothing she could do. As we left, I informed the hostess how unhappy and disappointed I felt. She shrugged her shoulders and we left. What could have been a great night turned into an embarrassment. I am familiar with the manager and will try to contact her tomorrow. I know there is nothing that can right the wrong but that was totally unacceptable. Just wanted to get this off my shoulders. Establishment, please try harder to train your workers.
I could go on for two hours about this place but I won't bore you. After an hour and twenty minutes the waitress came and said she was sorry but the kitchen lost our order but not to worry she would get it out asap! She would comp our drinks and things as my sister in law ordered another drink. All was well! My sister-in-law was paying and she's a very nice lady which is why I didn't jump up and scream. Twenty minutes later the food comes out and it was very good. We were even offer a sticky bun(declined). The reason I'm upset should be obvious but I left to get the car and when the girls showed up I was told the waitress comped us only two of the four drinks and my sister-in-law tipped 20%.

Just walked out without any food! Arrived early for our 11:15AM reservation and, waiting 45 minutes for our order (burger & frittata) left. Kitchen, which we could observe through the glass window, was moving at a snail's pace. So disappointing - - won't be back despite being a Bozeman local.

The dinner is great but the brunch is so so. Used to have bottomless mimosas and don’t anymore. I don’t really blame them since their bottomless were legit bottomless. Also, the breakfast sausage was changed to duck sausage and is honestly terrible (super dry and way too gamey). They used to have standard pork sausage and it was great but this change seems like a weird charcuterie board sausage and not what I’m expecting with eggs for brunch. Dinner food is great and love it but the recent brunch changes I’d steer clear.
