We went here the first week it opened and had a solid experience.Since - this restaurant has been a most frustrating experience - to say the least!Three times, we have tried to order take out (yes we love Thai food so why we keep trying!) - twice by phone another online. Both times we were told our order would be ready in 25 minutes. We were punctual upon arrival - after being told repeatedly the food was just 10 minutes out - we left in a rage after almost 50 minutes with no food. We tried take out again the following week. Our son waited over an hour and still no food so he also left and picked up pizzas instead.6 weeks later we ordered online - again - this time the system told us 25 minutes - we arrived 30 minutes later - I was told, by the hostess, our take out would be ready in abt 10-20 minutes (I was exasperated) asking why the email told me the exact time to pick up our food - the email is an automated system. Then - get a new system!There were a plethora of people waiting each time - also exasperated. Again - we left with no food after 42 minutes. We were reimbursed each time - but we are officially DONE!

Best Gluten Free carmel chocolate cake I've ever had. Many dessert were offered gluten free. Our dinner choices were also very good. Will definitely be back to try their additional dessert and food options.

I have been going to Thai Basil in Bozeman for years. I was so disappointed in the lack of concern of what it would do to people who have an allergy to wheat and post on their menu GF under the same meal I always have had and come to find out by the end of my meal my stomach started hurting so bad that I had to ask them. Was my meal GF like it said on the menu? they said on NO you have to ask it to be. Spoke to the Manager and he laughed and said Oh ya we haven't change our menu yet since we change our soy sauce, that now has wheat in it. So then I had to go on a course of steroids' to counter act this gluten poisoning. Anyone who has allergies, do not eat here, you cant trust them. I was so disappointed in the lack of concern and regard to allergies this restaurant has.

Decent spot for Thai cuisine. The salad bar was free and was amazing with lots of fresh selections. Our pho was not too authentic and on the sweeter side but the slow roast beef was amazing and redeemed the soup in the end. Would def go back and recommend.

Super delicious spice levels are on point. Very large portions and their salad bar were great . I asked if I could purchase the salad separately, but they started it wasn't sold that way, but the waiter offered my one to go .
