Cozy to the max. I had an amaretto black tea + slice of banana bread while sitting on a red corduroy couch. It’s a good thing I opted for something caffeinated otherwise I’d stay here for a nap and they have to kick me out. Check this place out.

Just not the same as it used to be. I used to be at the tea house at least once a week, it was my go to place, I would not go 7 days without a tea from there. Now every time I go things don’t seem to be flowing like before,. Phone orders are the same as nothing now, so don’t even bother. If you know your tea by the “old” name, be prepared to get an attitude from some one on the crew taking the orders. And if your order comes out wrong, I guess too bad for you.

I really love all of the teas they have here. They are great quality with lots of variety. Giving it lower stars because on average you’re going to wait 30+ min to get your order. It wasn’t always like this, but the last year or so service and wait times have been incredibly slow. I hope they can work on this because it is a great spot, but tea shouldn’t take as long to get as a dinner out.

I ordered a boba here. It was decent and hit the spot. I would go again for it, but I think I'd like to try a regular tea and sit (if there are any tables. It must be a popular place) and sip. It's got a nice atmosphere (upscale college feel, if that makes sense) with a shelf of games that you can play while you drink. The staff was very friendly. There was parking in back, which is so nice given that it's in the busy/touristy part of town. Worth a stop in methinks.

This is a really cute little tea house And the cake pop was quite tasty, However customer service was awful. There was a big line up behind me and they all got their drink's before me. I ordered an iced boba and waited for a looong time. By the time she had made everyone else's boba teas She told me they were out of boba and brought me a hot drink that smelled and tasted horrible! It costed me 20 dollars for this experience I was so unimpressed.
