I always use the drive through and I never, never. NEVER! get hot fries. They're usually warm, I mean they're okay, but sometimes room temperature and just gross. Even when I specifically ask for hot fries I'm told they just had a batch come up and they're STILL not hot! What, is their fryer oil not as hot? Do their heat lamps not work? What is it at this particular BK that they can't have the hot, delicious, crispy fries that I get regularly at other BKs?Another issue I've had is that the employees let the customer know how frustrated they are with you for having the audacity to ask for hot food.Not.Cool.

We went in to eat and we were greeted with her fun welcoming personality. We over heard her address someone in the back about food safety and knowing that made be comfortable eating my meal. Her name was Jessica and she was amazing!!!
