Driest meat EVER. I ask Butte residents "Where do you get good bbq around here?" everyone tells me Dickey's for some reason, I try it once, dry and they put NO sauce on it, I tried it for a SECOND time, dry, no sauce, I TRY IT FOR A THIRD TIME! Guess what? DRY! No SAUCE! This is a sham of a "BBQ" place, do not eat this if you like good food or don't like wasting money!

Wow. I’m from NC that is known for good BBQ. And I love trying different bbq from the states I visit. I visited the Butte MT location. Dickeys is some of the best in the nation. I had a Westerner with bbq beans. I put their spicy sauce on top and it was absolutely amazing. And they give complementary soft serve ice cream for every meal. What?? Now I wish I had a Dickeys close to where I live. Great job guys!!!
Last year (June 2023) I ordered food online for delivery. About an hour later I received a call from the manager stating that they didn't have any delivery drivers and she asked me to come and pick up the food. I told her that I couldn't because I was working (which is why I ordered delivery instead of pickup). I asked for a refund and she said that she would put it through.Short story, they never refunded me. I called them many times over the following two months. Twice I was able to get a hold of the shift manager and I was promised that they would eventually refund my credit card. It never happened. So be careful if you order delivery because you might have to go down there and pick it up yourself, or otherwise you're losing your money.

Staff is very sociable and friendly food quality is outstanding cost in my opinion is worth every penny and im a fat guy who is very picky about food i also have plenty of cooking experience from fast food to fine dinning and i really like there BBQParking: Plenty of parking with to entrances one off the main street and the other off the side street
We were on a road trip and was staying the night in this town and we were looking for something good to eat as we don't like to get fast food on long trips. We decided to try it out as it was right across from our hotel! The food was ready in 20 minutes and when we walked in everyone was so friendly and nice ! They greeted me at the door right away ! It was a clean, nice looking place. The food was so good. Every single meat choice was really tender. The Mac & cheese was good but could be more creamy. The brisket chili was a must order ! I should have ordered a large ! The barbecue sauce tasted good as well I just wish they gave 3 containers of sauce for a 3 choice instead of 2 !

Forgot two side dishes with my families meal. It was delicious but in this economy I expect to have what I paid for. 76.00 and missing two sides and one drink isnt great. Double checking bags should be a standard practice.
