Terrible. I ordered a burger and clearly mentioned no cheese and they sent it out with cheese fragments left on the burger and bun, clearly from where they attempted to scrape it off after screwing up. Tots cold, grilled cheese awful, side salad came in a tiny cup. Will never even consider this place again. Didn’t even offer much of an apology or discount after trying to sneak the scraped off cheese burger on us. They weren’t even busy. Just no excuse.

1. The manager (or acting manager) on staff on 3-24-24 @ 4:30 pm was not only unkept, had long fingernails with what appeared to be unwashed hands, but she provided the worst customer service the industry might EVER see. We were unaware that only one free meal card could be used "per car", so she decided to very rudely inform us. While apologizing to her, she proceeded to roll her eyes and hand us our milkshakes. ALL lids were partially on so when they were brought into the car (in a cup holder they don't properly fit in) they tipped over and spilled all over us and the inside of our vehicle. Not only did the manager and another older female employee sit there and watch this disaster unfold, they didn't even so much as open the window to offer a napkin. We sat in the drive through window trying to gather ourselves and clean up the mess, with these people staring at us the entire time!!! Embarrassing to say the least. Apparently common courtesy and basic customer service is NOT an expectation or requirement at HWY 55!!! And since courtesy and respect are very rarely a trained technique, I'd imagine this new business will not survive with them representing the company. I am beyond angry, disgusted and covered in dairy.Such a shame since the food and what was left of the shakes was enough to have warranted a 4 star review. If I could give a zero, I most certainly would have!!!

We went to Hwy 55 shortly after they first opened. I thought the burger was very good, and my wife liked the chicken strips. It was very busy inside, but Brooklyn (the waitress) checked on us often. Everything was clean inside considering how busy the staff was.

Had a great experience at hwy 55. I dined in and had a cheeseburger and fries. It's fairy priced for the size of the burger yet seems to be lacking something, fries are just ok. I'd eat at HWY 55 over any other fast-food chain burger in the area.

This is the second time I've been here. The chicken strips are flavorful and thick. The orange aide is fresh squeezed and refreshing. The cheese steaks are thick and delicious. Prices are reasonable and the service is great. I was very happy to hear that the company motto is "Love your Neighbor" and that they focus on giving back to the community.

We have tried this in Missoula and loved it. Butte not so much. The lady taking our order at drive through was really rude. We received the wrong order. We attempted to fix the order with her to have the wondow slammed shut not once but twice. One of the burgers was raw. We won't be back. Hopefully they get the under cooked food figured out!
Not as clean as I would like. I saw at least 11 people working and only one girl waiting 4 tables. Cold onion rings and tots. My hot fugde sundae had no whipped cream or cherry and not enough fudge. Waitress did not remove any trash from table when we finished main meal. Cheeseburgers and shrimp sandwich were very good though. Prices ok.

Went through the drive through 3/9/24 about 1 and got chicken tenders meal. The tenders were not fully cooked and were gooey and the fries were soggy. The service was awful as they were slow getting to the speaker and they were not friendly at all. Recommend if you are gonna pay that much for a meal go to a good restaurant or even a Wendy’s.

They got Oscar The Grouch up in their kitchen cooking straight trash. They also got floyd mayweather as the assistant cook, giving the burgers a 2 hit knockout before passing it off to the customer. All for $13.
