I always get lunch delivery, and it’s always fast and accurate, because I order thru the JJ app. All the negative reviews I read are from people using DoorDash. Why are you using DoorDash when they have their own delivery service that’s way faster?

Ordered via Doordash, one sandwich and waited an hour. Called to cancel the order and was met with excuses about having one driver, its raining (lol), Doordashes tracking system not working with JJ's system etc... didnt care about being able to track, understand all of the above, but simply wanted to cancel and move on. I wasn't interested in waiting any longe. Staff was rude and repetitive and refuse to offer any customer service, cancel my order or refund money.If JJ "the fasted delivery" can't deliver one sandwich for over an hour, maybe turn the restaurant off Doordash for the night. That's an option.

Worst customer service out of any jimmy John's we've eaten at. Not polite or professional at all. Wouldn't take our money at the window for nearly 10 minutes. Nothing freaky fast about Butte Jimmy John's, we ordered 3 subs and we were the only customers at the whole store. Kids just standing inside talking instead of working. Whoever is managing this restaurant needs to step it up. Very disappointed in our experience here. We waited 30 minutes for our subs and all 3 weren't made right.

This winter my wife ordered jimmy johns semi frequently. As I was working midnight shifts and she was pregnant and taking care of my two year old. The delivery boy had the audacity to call my wife and complain about the “2 foot of snow” he had to walk through and asked if she “took care of it yet”. Absolutely one of the worst customer care experiences of my life. To add I am 100% disabled and there was maybe 2 inches of snow. I wish he would’ve called me as the outcome of the call would’ve taken a different turn.

Went there lastnight with my husband myself and our 2 daughters. My oldest and my husband got good poisoning. Had to take my daughter to the hospital and my husband. They should really check their produce because it was left out all day because we went there in the evening. I'm very disappointed we won't be eating there again

One of the tenets of Jimmy Johns is 'Freaky Fast', because otherwise there's no freaking point. It should not take 2 hours (!!!!) to deliver a sandwich less than 5 minutes away. Either hire an appropriate number of employees or be prepared to refund orders.

Good food, but they should fix the website, even if they don't control it. They pay for it. If they say they open at 10:30, then open at that time. Not 11. This made it so I don't get a lunch, as our team waseaving for state at 11. I didn't get other food, as they say they open at 10:30

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic! The atmosphere was slightly noisy and the music was dreadful (personal opinion). The dining room could have been a little cleaner. It seemed like most tables were not clean.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich you can have made however you want and it's very tasty!
